Russian Christian State - Almighty Don Host

Gotta be the best Don Host path. You get some pretty crazy buffs such as the weekly +1% stability so you will basically always be at 100% stability. Lots of flavour events, probably the most of any of the Don Host's paths. Also has a unique name (at least for Don Host) so extra points there. My navy was trapped inside the Azov Sea so I had to invade Ukraine and then Turkey to rescue it. 9/10 path it would be a 10 but I find Russian paths, especially after unifying, to be very easy, I just had to battleplan Germany to win. Also doesn't have unique cores. Next I start the American Union State paths.

I kind of feel bad for Germany

All of their allies abandoned them, Ukraine, Indochina, even Poland left and joined Austrias faction. All Germany has left is itself and its puppets, the Reichspakt isn't even a faction anymore, and furthermore, I'll be invading them in a couple year. I dunno I just kind of feel bad for them.

Does the DLC ever go on sale?

After beating Spaceland, me and my buddy wanted to play the rest of the maps, but the seasons pass is $70! Does it go on sale often because I don't know if I want to drop basically the price of the game for 4 zombies maps?

Russisches Reich (Junkers) - Almighty Don Host

I was expecting some kind of difference from the other Russisches Reich path, but other than one unique event and a different ideology, it's pretty much the same. I didn't have Russia go into a civil war this time but it was easy anyways since you can call in Germany. I didn't get the Baltics from the Smolensk Conference but I did get Ukraine and Belarus. I'll give it a 6/10, I really can't rate it much lower to the other path since they're almost the same, but I will rate it one lower due to the lack of flavour events and choices (the other one you could choose like 5 leaders). Next I do the Brotherhood of Russian Truth which I'm looking forward to since it's fairly new and it will be the last path before I move on to the American Union State.

Finally Beat Spaceland

I did it with my friend so there was two aliens which I guess makes it harder, so I'll give some tips to anyone else doing it duo, this is what worked for us.

You need to each have a wonder weapon, preferably the shredder and the head cutter or else the boss fight will be impossible. Each get a boombox in your inventory and have one ready to collect inside the main area token machine so that you will have three total for the simon says, we kept having trouble with the simon says but putting a boombox down as we were about to do each one made it so much easier, you can also use Hide and Seek cards if you mess up, but those are limited so don't use too many.

For the actual boss fight, stick to your own areas so you don't have to deal with the other players train, we had one person training in spawn and across the bridges, and the other by polar peak and the central teleporter. Be patient when fighting the aliens, only shoot them if they're in front of you, just keep running in loops training the zombies and shooting the alien when he's in front of you. When he goes down, you can use repulsors to clear any zombies that might swarm you when you go to melee him.

If someone goes down, make sure they are shooting the alien since they still can do that when they're down, my buddy went down but he managed to finish off one of the aliens while he was down and then we killed the second one. Quick revive is also available so you can revive them faster.

(Also if you want the trophy you can't use the arcade machine perkaholic card)

My Favourite Part of the Game

Although Legion is the worst of the three games, it does have one thing I like that the others don't. When you turn a borough defiant, you can hang around an Albion guy and the civillians will start beating him up most of the time, it's really fun to watch especially if theres multiple as more civillians will keep jumping in until they're all knocked out.

Russisches Reich - Almighty Don Host

It's a good path, but not as good as the last two I've done. You get eastern Europe basically for free at the end of the tree, only Belarus and Lithuania resisted so they got booted out of the faction and declared war on automatically, you can guess how that went for them. I had half of Japan's army encircled in Transamur but as I was closing the pocket Germany lost their Asian holdings and triggered a white peace event that dragged me in as well so I wasn't at war anymore, didn't bother declaring war again. You get the choice between 5 leaders near the end but I don't think they have different content (other than your name switches to Russian Empire), let me know if I'm wrong though. 7/10 path next I do the Junkers path.

Deutscher Staat - Almighty Don Host

I was pretty surprised by this path, I expected it to be more or less the same as Pannwitz's path just with a different leader and ideology. I didn't expect you to basically be able to become Germany. You lose a lot of your irregular cavalry buffs but do gain a flat +10% attack for all units. Unfortunately you also get -0.30% weekly stability that you can't get rid of so you have to go quick before it starts causing problems. I finished the path in like 1944 but it's 1947 in the screenshots since I was just letting the game run to integrate Ukraine and all the other land you can integrate. Very fun path I'd say 8.5/10 could do with some more events, I was expecting an event after completing the "A Meeting with the Kaiser" focus. Next I do the Russian Reich path for Don Host.

Generalgouverenement Russland - Almighty Don Host

Much, much more fun to play than the socialist path. Probably in the top five paths I've played with the best events or "story". You get some insane irregular cavalry buffs, I think better than all of the other paths I've played for the Don Host. Germany will help you in the civil war in return for giving some land to Belarus and Finland. It turns out there is four different paths after choosing the German takeover which I'm not complaining about this one was really fun. 8/10 path next I do the Leeb's coup path which may be more powerful, we'll see.

Russian People's Republic - Almighty Don Host

Typical Russia path with typical cores. On the plus side, the last focus gives you cores on all your claims so you don't have to wait for the compliance to go up. You get decisions to invade like every country in Asia and Europe but I didn't do that since you can't core them, though that is why I have 58 decisions available. I made my entire army irregular cavalry mixed with mechanized which worked pretty well but I could tell it was losing its effectiveness in the late game fighting Japan. 5/10 path nothing really stands out, next I do the German takeover path.

Why do people that know every flag expect others to also know them?

I recently saw a video of people guessing flags and one of the guys got a few wrong. I went into the comments and people are making fun of him and saying stuff like "difficulty level: american". I find it weird how they expect everybody to know all the flags. Why are people that set time aside to learn every flag surprised when people that didn't don't know every flag? It'd be like if I could name every model of lawn mower or something and made fun of people that don't know them. (Keep in mind it wasn't the basic, common knowledge flags the guy got wrong it was flags like Jamaica, Kenya, and Chile)

Rigged Red Lights

Has anyone else noticed that if you stop at a red light, it will be red for an absurd amount of time, and then turn green for less than 10 seconds before turning red again? And it’s only when the player is there if you go to the road that keeps getting the long green lights next to you it’ll start giving long red lights and the road you were just on will get long green lights. Why would they code something like this in the game? My guess is that they don’t want you to be following the traffic laws in a crime game so just give you long red lights so you get pissed off and drive through them.

Why do tryhards still blow themselves up?

I know they used to do it to save their K/D but it hasn’t been able to change in free mode in YEARS. Do they really just hate seeing your kill number on them go up? I don’t think they realize that if they blow themselves up, I just count it as a kill even though the score doesn’t say it is.

Is this a trick question?

I've been asked this question "Kenny is in jail in monopoly, to get out he needs to roll doubles when rolling two six sided die." Then there is two follow up questions which I am both confused about. The first is "What is the probability that Kenny will get out of jail on his third attempt?" For that I put P=5/6 • 5/6 • 1/6 = 25/216. But could it also be a 100% chance since in the rules of monopoly you get out on your third roll no matter what you get? The second question is "After how many rolls is Kenny certain to roll doubles?" Which I put that there is no certain number of rolls where he is guaruanteed to roll doubles since that isn't how probability works. Am I right in being confused about these?

A Way to Only See Certain Text

There should be a way to only see certain dialogue in the chat box. Say I wanted to only see the unique dialogue that is said by random players at certain points in maps, there should be an option where the default callouts can be hidden in the chat box so they don’t just flood out the dialogue I actually want to read.

Why are people like this?

Like what do they gain from driving around shooting people? How is it any fun? Luckily I put this guy down.
