basically i am student and sitting for 4-5 hours straight on a plastic chair is really painful

I honestly don’t even know why I’m writing this but I just needed to get it out somewhere. I wasted almost the last 2 years and barely studied seriously and now I failed in 3 main subjects in 12th

all my friends are moving on to college while I have to repeat the year and start again. Since the result came out my mum has been crying continuously for 3 days and seeing that is hurting more than the actual result. My parents had a lot of hopes from me and now I feel like I disappointed everyone around me

I haven’t even properly gone outside since the result because I feel ashamed and scared people will judge me. What’s bothering me the most is that I’ll now have to sit with students younger than me in tuition or classes and I can’t stop thinking they’ll look down on me for failing.

My parents are telling me to join local tuition and prepare again but mentally I feel completely broken right now. Confidence is gone sleep is messed up and I keep replaying everything in my head

I know this is my fault and I deserve the consequences but right now I genuinely feel lost.

What’s hitting me hard is that all my friends are moving ahead, and I feel stuck. My parents are really upset, and my mom has been crying a lot. They’re blaming themselves, and I feel terrible about it.

One of the biggest things bothering me is that I’ll have to sit and study with people younger than me now. I know it sounds stupid, but I feel really ashamed about it and keep thinking they’ll judge me for failing. Because of all this, I’ve barely gone outside since the results came out.

My parents want me to join a local tuition, but I honestly don’t feel ready yet. My confidence is completely down, and I’ve been getting really bad dreams/thoughts since the results. I know I messed up badly, but I don’t want to stay like this forever. How do I stop being scared and start moving forward again?
