I think for some
People after uni friends drift apart and life becomes work and family or for others it’s just stubborn loneliness or it’s maybe how the UAE is programmed. I was in the US and it was easy to strike a conversation with a random stranger and be friends here in the UAE the other person wonders why your taking to them ? It’s always about you bringing some value in something in the table . UAE is best for work relationships never personal making connections yes making relationships no . Money and status is everything in the UAE even the grocery/ cafeteria man treats you from the car you drive and how you dress .

Came to a realization that people here in the UAE are more of a if it happens it happens kinda vibe don’t force it if your alone you’re alone one day you’ll not be. I think the hustle and the work pressure here has changed people even noticed if someone is doing slightly better than you now they wanna associate with folks who are like them . It’s a weird world we live in .

Hi everyone, hopefully everyone is as excited as I am for Eid and the holidays . I wanted to know how hard is it to meet people here in Ajman for friendship or relationship just general inquiring. Do people here mind if you randomly strike a conversation with them ? Or is it same as everywhere else .
Making friends in your mid 20s isn’t easy work friends are just limited to work friends . Any suggestions how to meet people here in Ajman ? Please feel free to drop a suggestion below .
