Acer India Support keeps refusing my warranty claim by calling it "IPS bleed"
I've been trying to get my Acer laptop display issue resolved under warranty for months, but Acer India keeps refusing service.
The support team keeps saying it's just "IPS backlight bleed." However, the issue appears to be caused by pressure from the bezel/frame on the display, not normal IPS glow. The bright spots change when the lid is closed or slight pressure is applied, which doesn't seem like typical IPS bleed.
I've sent them:Photos,Videos,Invoice
Multiple emails over several months
Despite all this, I keep getting the same response without a proper inspection. Any advice on how to get them to perform a proper inspection would be appreciated.
