I've been on the hunt for a bracket 3 Grixis deck I really like and this seems like it may be a good fit and different from my Ghyrson pinger and Dihada stompy bracket 3 decks.

Wanted to give a go at [[Kess, Dissident Mage]] bracket 3 with a big X spells wincon, would love if anyone plays this and has thoughts on what has / hasn't worked for them and any decklist they'd be willing to share!

[[Exsanguinate]] [[Torment of hailfire]] and [[Crackle with power]] seem to be the leading finishers? Is the strat basically draw/tutor for those and ramp/control until you can get those off?

My wife has been enjoying playing the Temur Roar precon a lot with my friends and she's won a few of our precon only games with it.

She's interested in playing against our mid-high bracket 3 decks but ideally stays on a tribal theme (she likes creatures over combos)

Any commander recommendations that fit this boat? Bonus points if it's a female commander. Appreciated!

Hey all, played my first cEDH game with some friends and was surprised at how tainted pact worked.

They said you can play [[Tainted Pact]], exile down to 1 card, and then pickup [[Thassa's oracle]] regardless of when it was exiled, then play it afterwards.

I was under the impression that when you hit the card you wanted you had to grab it then and stop the loop.

Curious which is it? Thanks!
