Anyone else experience this? I’ve been endurance training for about 8 months so I’ve been keeping a close eye on how Reta would affect my heart! My HRV went from around 80 to 74, my RHR actually has gone from 47-46.

Hi! Looking for some feed back on people who have used the Mach x3! I’m looking into the Mach x3 for hybrid training, but mainly running. Has anyone used it for 5k races or half marathons? I’m looking for a more speedy shoe but not a super shoe!
