Hello. Has anyone experienced the same issue as mine? For context: I ordered a box of Oatside from Allegro in the 🍊 app. Waited for 2 days then it was marked “damaged by the courier” thought that baka first time lang din so pinalampas ko. After biglang mag-restock ang SNR (2 days after the incident), nag-order naman ako thinking na it might not happen again since weird naman na mada-damage siya twice in a row. But lo and behold, after 2 days, marked as damaged na ulit siya. Tumawag ako sa Flash mismo and sabi nila I should direct my concern sa local warehouse (Marikina). I called them then wala raw sila nagagawa since “dumadating na raw sa kanila na butas na yung box”. I asked kung ano ginagawa nila sa mga ganun because imposible naman na lahat ng milk cartons ay butas pero “dinidispose” lang daw nila. This got me thinking na aware ba ang couriers sa mga in demand items? Nireresell kaya nila ito? Medyo nakaka-disappoint lang kasi now, nag-order ako ng Agave Syrup sa SNR and flash express ulit courier. Baka ganun lang din mangyari ulit.
