Here's how to get your account back!

  1. VPN to the UK, assuming you don't have the face scan options. US users won't have it without a VPN. (just use any VPN, unless you're in another country where face scan is an option)

  2. Do the face scan (don't send your ID)

  3. If all goes right, you should easily be unbanned.

Question about evasion bans

Okay so, this is just in case my main account gets suspended.

Is it true you can no longer use that device on discord? Though when my alt was banned I still had the account in the account switcher for a while and I still haven't gotten an evasion ban 3 months later....: (I'm not doing anything to hide it...)

I avoid logging into the banned account whatsoever, and also at the exact time the alt was banned, I was on a VPN. That may be helping me avoid the evasion ban from what I know.

Is an OS install recommended to prevent an evasion ban too?

"This payment cannot be used"

I initially suspected it may be due to the alt I had banned back in April, but I bought a gift in May and had no issue.

I get this on any payment on any account (though renewal seems fine...?????)

Tried:
- multiple accounts

- multiple cards (including ones never used on discord before)

Still not banned for ban evasion after a month and a half since my alt's ban

Is the fact that I was on a specific VPN IP at the time I was banned on the alt helping me not get banned for evasion?

I'm not following any ban evasion guide whatsoever. Using same IP, same everything.

Child Safety Very Limited violation for reporting old messages from 2023

I reported old pedophillic DMs I was sent back in November 2023. They got action taken against them ("Thank you for reporting!" email), but also I got action taken against ME...

("You broke Discord's Community Guidelines" email) at the exact same time.......

WTF?

I submitted an in-app appeal for the violation, but I've heard child safety is eventually upgraded to an automatic permanent ban.... what do I do??

Child Safety getting only very limited I've heard is quite lucky...

Account suspended for being in a server that I REPORTED, and in-app appeal was denied

So, I reported a server on discord.

Action was taken against said server, however action was also taken against my account. Luckily this was an alt account, however this was an alt account that I use very often.

I submitted an appeal via the in app system (which doesn't even let you type something, you literally have to click and pray. Aka you CANNOT explain yourself).

The appeal was denied.

What can I do?
