Hi all, I have 3 AC units which i currently use with the onecta app. I would like to use it with homekit. Is this possible? I saw a post that had a link to github a few years ago (homebridge?). Does that mean i have to have a computer running 24/7?

Fakat duyduğuma göre hava yastığı patlayınca da direkt pert oluyomuş. Bunun resmi detaylarını okuyabileceğim bir link var mı? Yeni yönetmeliği bulamadım. Mesela tek hava yastığı bile (örneğin perde) pert için yeterli koşul mu? Başka hangi koşullarda rakama bakılmaksızın pert oluyor?

Using the drive recorder as a dash cam

Hi all, following the recent post i saw here and the recent update (recent-ish, i read they write it was there already for at least a year but i just realised) i have been using my drive recorder as a dash cam for the past few months. Here is my experience for those who do not know and a few questions for those who do (all you have to do is plug a usbc sd card to the front port, open apps, open the drive recorder app, press the button on the right -the left one records on to the car- and select the usb option. You can aldo record to your phone but i found that a bit hard to connect):

1. I had to go into the settings and select ‘all’ for camera recording or else it just records the front and rear as standard.

2. I found that the raw video setting was better (also enabled in settings) as it gives you the birdseye view.

3. I used regular USB disks but they all gave errors recording after a short time of recording. Following my chat with AI i used a ‘high endurance’ micro SD which is the one to go for continous read/writes under extreme temperatures and a sd to usbc card reader with a gl3224 processor chip and it is still working after 40 hours of recording.

4. The micro sd came in fat32 so i formatted it as exfat for greater flexibility.

5. Just over an hour of recording takes approx 3gb of space per camera so 10-12gb for all four cams per hour.

6. If you have an activation point to open the camera, the car automatically starts a new recording after departing the activation point.

7. I have put the drive recorder as a shortcut and just adopted a habit of activating it everytime i press the start button.

I have already made use of it once as the car didnt detect an accident for a minor event so im very happy with the update. I have a few questions for those who are experienced:

1. I tried manually trigerring the drive recorder, it saved the previous video on the usb and saved the triggered video on the car. Can we assume it’ll do the same during a detected crash?

2. My SD is 512gb so i havent seen full capacitiy yet so does overwriting work properly or would i need to empty it as it reaches capacity?

I studied my bachelors degree Australia and during my stay i had to overstay my student visa due to a processing issue within the uni. I was given a 3 year entry ban but i was issued a new AU visa 2 years later.

This happened back in 2014. I am planning to visit the UK as a tourist. Does AU share this info to the UK? I read that immigration info is deleted after 10 years. Is this true?

Reason behind my question is that even Australia accepted that it wasnt my fault back then and removed the entry ban. But when you choose yes to the ‘overstaying’ question things get extremely complicated. Ive been to the EU numerous times after 2014 and just select no to those questions with no problems. I once chose yes to the same question when going to a third world country and they requested a ton of documents of the incident which i dont have.

On my i5 video recording is triggered if a crash happens (i had 2 minor incidents and it wasnt triggered) or you can manually activate (which you always forget). Its basicly useless because its the minor things you need a recording for.

I saw it is listed as a seperate feature on the ix3. Have they fixed it so it does continious recording?

Im planning to sell my 126610ln watch, there arent any scratches but i see some ‘shiny spots’ (not sure how to describe it) on the bracelet/clasp due to rubbing on soft surfaces.

Is there anything i could do to quickly fix these or is it considered scratched and would need a polish? On shiny parts i know you can clean it with some sort of cream/cloth but never seen anything on brushed surfaces. Sorry I cant take a photo of it because of my phone.

I am a c6-c7 quad with no control under my arms. I have seen some people wrap something around their bellies and apparently it improves stability a bit and helps with blood pressure and the ‘quad belly’ thing.

What exactly is it and would you recommend it?

What do i have to ask my doctor to obtain or is it something we order directly from the medical parts distributors? Thanks!

With patek or rolex its a wise move to go gray because rolex doesn’t give you a time frame and patek takes at least 4-5 watches for the hot aquanaut or nautilus.

I hear a 15510st is a second watch after a code. Add them both up and its 55-60k. I see thats roughly what the RO alone is going for unworn 2026 on chrono. Also i see that AP can give a better path for an actual journey.

Am i making wrong assumptions? How long would this 2 watch path take normally?

Hi all. I was looking at buying my dad a pp 5226g. His wrist is about 9 inches (not sure but mine is 7.5 and his is much large so i assumed 9) so i doubt any standard strap would fit him. Does pp sell different size straps for larger wrists? Also, i’ll probably go gray so keep that into consideration too.

I’m looking into getting a patek sports watch (gray obviously).

What reference would you consider has best p/p? As in the 5167 is around 70 and 5168 is 90. But I would rather pay 90-100k towards a nautilus instead of an aquanaut.

I know these things are extremely subjective but i would like to hear opinions.

Also i would like to see and compare market prices. Is there such a site?
