Work as a senior manager in a french MNC . I have been considered for a new role (one level up) with a relocation to another continent. It's a conservative organisation where salaries are banded at s corporate level and i get a vibe that there's very little flexibility on salaries.
Yes they selected me for the role , but I had also indicated interest before. People usually wouldn't move that far so easily but I showed interest . From a business standpoint it's a very straight role with multi region responsibilities.
As much as the fact that company will not low ball me I wonder how do I negotiate if the salary offered doesn't work for me and my family.
I'm not concerned about the relocation package here , but just how, can I negotiate a higher net income . What are some tactics to be used ?

I work for a French MNC in a different country. I'm in a situation where I'll soon have to negotiate a pay raise . I want to understand how to negotiate higher pay with the French? Culturally, are they receptive to negotiations with an open mind ?
I have been living in my London property for about 6 years. My fixed term mortgage with co-op is coming to an end in December 2026. Early next year (as early as January/feb) our family would be relocating to another country . I asked my mortgage advisor what options I had and he said Natwest is the only reliable provider that will allow me to consent to let after remortgaging. Is that true ?
I will have around £300k outstanding at the time of renewal.
Can I use consent to let and rent out my property during the entire tenure of the mortgage?

I have been offered a role through internal promotion. Salary negotiations are currently ongoing. Is there anything astrologically that can predict the outcomes of the negotiations? How easy or difficult it is going to be will it be a positive outcome etc ?

I'm asking for a couple with a toddler. Does this salary afford a good lifestyle? Nothing too extravagant but a nice 2 bed condo + international child care ? Medium entertainment + mostly home cooked food etc.

I'm wondering what a $15k + 15%(bonus) salary could be like for a family of 3 ( couple and a toddler) and a dog . I know the answer is "depends" but I'd like to hear from people who are on a similar salary .
Will be on a local contract . Will be looking for a 2 bedroom condo and international school. Wife will eventually find work as she is in IT .

I have been identified for an internal role that will need me to be in singapore. We are a family of 3. Over the upcoming weeks, we will be starting to discuss the package.
IMO company is a bit conservative and also a large MNC and will standardise the package and allowance. I feel I will have to negotiate a lot of relocation components, including funding children's school + a couple of months of accommodation rental along with standard relocation allowance.
Do you think it's really fair to ask and if the company would oblige?

Libra ascendant, muthun rashi - my urge to drink alcohol has increased substantially in the last 6-8 months. I find myself drinking far more frequently than I used to (although not heavily), but there's frequent urges for stimulation, and I give in . But I'm very fit , eat healthy and exercise a lot !
Does anyone face this ? Is there an astrological angle / explanation to this ? If there is, when would the urge subside ?

The company is a European multinational but slightly conservative, so I am not sure how much of a salary negotiation would happen.
It will be a director role but not any executive! It will likely not be an expat compensation.
Have you guys negotiated salary contracts as part of these relocations ? How do you do it if you had to push back if it was lower .
Any advice ?

Role profile: Regional Director/Head of GTM covering APAC markets (Australia, Singapore, Malaysia + others), reporting to a global VP, no direct P&L but commercial influence on revenue. Based in Singapore. Coming from Europe on what will likely be a local contract.
Specific questions:
