I’m trying to do modpacks with some friends but we all have very different personal playstyles. One friend loves automation, another loves combat, another loves exploration, etc. There are modpacks that provide everything but the problem is that you sort of have to do everything. Most of them don’t want to deal with the other aspects and would rather just be able to stick to and progress through their own playstyle. Any modpack suggestions that offer that?

Side power to make it OP: you can set up certain triggers for this power to activate, for example, if a bullet is going to hit you turn all of it’s kinetic energy into thermal and cause it to drop next to you as a molten blob of metal.

You could use someone’s body heat to launch them into a wall and also freeze

Or constantly convert someone’s kinetic energy and every time they try to move they heat up instead

I'm going to host a campaign for my friends and I was looking at buying Solstice Rain. I'm a little broke so I don't want to buy the core rulebook right now. Can I host Solstice Rain for my friends without the core rulebook?

I have a server with friends that uses big cannons and we sometimes fight with aeronautic tanks and airships but we have to be careful not to shoot a base with an explosive shell. Is there a way to make it so big cannons only destroys physics objects but leaves everything else alone?

I have a server with some friends (neoforge, mc version 1.21.1). Are there any good subtle horror mods that wouldn’t be obvious right away? I want them to think they’re going crazy

I noticed that radars seem to have very limited vertical scanning ability. Is there a way to improve this or do I just need multiple radars?

Currently I'm downloading the files off of modrinth and manually adding them to the server and it makes updating mods very difficult. Is there a way to use Prism to manage the mods on my dedicated server?

I’m the server admin so I can add mods if any ideas need them. Currently the only thing I have in mind is a tank in the center to act as the “cornucopia”. I was hoping to scatter some traps around the arena edge to discourage people from staying close to the walls but I don’t know what to add. Any trap designs that focus more on scaring someone away rather than killing them instantly?

About every month(a bit before and during her period) my girlfriend gets pretty sad. Usually it’s about her own insecurities like weight or attractiveness. I try to comfort her and be there for her but it feels very in one ear and out the other, unless it’s something negative and then it sticks with her. For example she has, objectively, gained some weight from when we started dating. However before this (I think, I’m not a doctor) she was underweight so now she seems to be a much healthier weight. When she asked if she gained weight I said “I think you gained a little weight but nothing unhealthy” and she seems to have only heard “I think you gained weight”

Also I can’t just say “You didn’t gain weight” she really doesn’t like lying even white lies
I’m not going to break up with her, everything else is amazing
Therapy is currently not an option but I am trying to make it an option and will turn to that once it’s available.

How do I either phrase my words so she doesn’t focus on the negative part, or what can I say before to get her to not focus so much on negative things?
