About the role

Most edu-content for this age group is either dry lecture or recycled motivational fluff. We don't want that. We want stories — the kind a 16-year-old actually pauses their reel for. You'll own scripts end-to-end: idea, hook, structure, voice.

What you'll do

- Write scripts for long-form and short-form YouTube content aimed at Class 10–12 students

- Develop story angles, hooks, and narrative arcs that stand out in a crowded niche

- Collaborate on thumbnail/title direction and content strategy

- Help shape the channel's voice as we scale past 105K

What we're looking for

- Real storytelling instinct — you can explain *why* a video works, not just that it does

- Strong written English (Hinglish-friendly a plus)

- Understanding of what 10th–12th graders actually care about

- Someone who brings ideas, not just executes briefs

Must-have: past YouTube experience. In your reply, please share:

I am not a drinker but last week there was an occasion, my college degree coming to an end , where i got drunk and got black out drunk, i have no memory of what happened in about a 10hr window, like the hangover movie.

Never before have i touched alcohol.

After this I woke up the next day know my friends had to carry me to my hostel room , was still in hangover state for next 2 days.
