Just traded a paperweight pistol for this upper. I was told it’s a colt sp1 upper. Can anyone confirm? I believe the hand guard on it is the lone star ordinance hand guard. What optic should I run on top of the carry handle?

Hiking Whitney in late Oct

Was able to snag day 2 passes for myself and a buddy for Oct 23. Wondering if reaching the summit is possible if we start before the sun rises and asking for any tips from anyone who’s hiked Whitney around that time of year. Buddy and I have been prepping for this hike for this past 6 months and took the first opportunity to hike Whitney when it came up. I know snow will definitely be a factor and want to know how to prepare. Thanks !

Pull up plateau

Hit a wall at 18 and haven’t been able to go up in a while. Can anyone recommend any programs or workouts to do so I can get closer to maxing pull ups. I’ve started doing weighted pull ups but haven’t been consistent.
