This water line was broken. Next day this was the support job done on the repair. Probably just a building maintenance job, but i dont put it past the plumbers to pickup a scrap piece of wire off the ground and support the pipe with that. Also, this occurred months ago. I came back to the same jobsite and saw this is indeed a permanent installation now.

Sliced whole wheat bread lightly toasted, two slices of provolone, two slices salami, all beef frank, another slice of provolone melted on top, kraut, and finished with a healthy dose of Dijon.

Is this a taco? Received a lot of hate for sous vide ribeye tacos, so here's some more ragebait I guess. Ribeye sousvide to 245° diced and dumped into scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese. Served on a tortilla.

Sous vide to 124° served simply with sautéed onion, shredded cheese and Cholula Hot Sauce. Didn't want to add to much to the tacos to maintain the flavor of the steak.

Gonna cook fat side up at 275° until internal just over 200° I'm thinking thick sliced smoked porkbelly breakfast tacos for dinner tonight.
