Ive done Hinge, hily, bumble, Pof, Boo, Upward, Jigsaw Dating. They all either have no replies or like 3 fucking conversations and then its done. Im so pissed off im sick of it.
Im writing this to get some help and understanding but also to blow off some steam.
I hope for the story part but I think the game needs some important cosmetic items.
First and foremost silver and gold floor and roof options. Like we need this. Like parts of Durins song
Second Add runes to things I want to make secret doors and such.
Thirdly have a part where Gimli is sitting and telling stories. As he does it gives us 2 options. Option 1 we go to a huge hallway like in the movie when the Fellowship were surrounded by Goblins. And we just fight huge hords.
2nd option. I know it wouldn't be canon but I want to fight a Balrog just a fun what if.
Any other options or things yall have thought of?

Ok so basically my players are having fun and everything is good. One player who has 5 levels of barbarian leveled up and took a level on druid. And for the other player I allowed them to switch subclass from hunter to beast master.
(So we play using the dnd beyond character sheets so we can see and so i can look up stuff. Anyway I havent havent bought the players handbook and soi just add stuff in homebrew thats in the books.)
Her characters whole character is about taming beasts so I suggested the class and she likes the class and switched.
Anyway my delima is that the players feel a bit bad at just suddenly their a lot more magical but I told them its fine. But now I want to do something in a story sense as to why they gotten more magical. Should I have them encounter a wizard that teaches them things? Find spell tomes? Or what sounds organic and cool
Ok some context im a DM playing with 2 players. We are all having fun. What i do is i make a character that fills some of their weakness gaps. But also just fun. Players is a level 5 Barbarian, and a multi class rouge and ranger build.
Anyway this is a character I may want to use in a later campaign when im a player. Varient human and took the fey touched feat.
its 3 levels in Paladin doing conquest and 2 levels in hexblade warlock. I did this so the character has magical afinities early on and to delay their power a bit to give the players more of a shine. Not gonna lie in rolled pretty well.
So i know I have misty step and I can chose a spell for that feat
Warlock I have 2 cantrips and 3 (known) spells
And paladin says i have 5 prepared and (24 known spells)
[To reply to many]. Ill look into the sidekick statblock like yall said. I will clarify i have been in a dm group with a bad dmpc. Ive learned and seen what that does. Ive been in a group with a "writer" who focused on the story vs the players story. Ive been through ups and downs. These 2 players I am playing with were with me through the others. We are adults and have been in other games and all had fun. Honestly if they sell this character for a bag of chips I'll just laugh and roll with it. They are having fun and thats all that matters to me. They loved the last one I did for them. Sadly he just had bad rolls and he wasnt that well put together cause he was just a I wonder how long someone with these bad stats could last.

So im doing a dnd campaign for 2 friends we are all adults and are having fun and chilling. Ill use the character names for this. Kiri a albino human ranger multi class with rouge and Agrog a full barbarian.
So after a couple months in game and irl.the town and party were attacked by Goblins. Kiri had 2 pet wolves she's doing beast tamer and it works with her backstreet of a beast tamer tribe. One died and she left the other at the town to not let it be killed. Then Both have recently gotten to level 5. Each got a uncommon magic item from taking out a goblin lair barely winning but defeated them before they could make a goblin kingdom. On their travels they encounter Griffons and she battled to tame the Alpha Griffon. She passed incredibly hard rolls and barely won. It was hurt so they had to leave it with the pack but it was recovering. Now the latest session. They were ambushed by a Assassin in a different city for stuff they did in the beginning of the campaign. (STOLE things from powerful corrupt company and ruined their slave deal). Kiri always rolled to hit but kept rolling one or 2 on everything else. And was knocked out by the Assassin and Agrog only survived due to a character intoduction of a npc i made to join and help them./i decided to be nice and did a luck roll with them. And so here's my delima. Agrog rolled 3 nat 20s in a row and so he got to level up early. (I will say Kiri almost achieved this on 4 seperate occasions) but we all agreed to the rule in the beginning. I just feel bad for how the session went.
Im newer to comics and want get gwt the best/full experiences. Collecting comics in a wack timeline order in the beginning because I gwt what I can afford/good deal. I want to gwt tower of Bable but wonder if there is a specific way to get a overall better experience
