By the 2030´s we will have Oil Wars because only a handful of countries with a surplus will remain

Only around 20 countries on the Planet remain that are self sufficient in Oil and supply the other 180 countries. In 10-15 years the number could be down to just 10.

Several countries that used to be major exporters have reached Peak Oil Decades ago and now rely on imports themselves.

Germany produced 170 000 Barrels of Oil a day in 1968 at their peak. Now? 30 000/day. They need 2 Million a day.

Romania produced 300 000 Barrels of Oil a day in 1976 at their peak. Now? 50 000/day. They need 200 000 a day.

France hit the peak in 1988 with 67 000 barrels/day. Now its down to just 10 000/day. They need 1.5 Million.

The UK peaked in 1998 with 2.8 Million barrels/day. Now they are down to just 600 000/day. They need 1.4 Million every day.

Indonesia peaked at 1.7 Million barrels/day in 1977, now they are down to just 600 000 Barrels/day. They need 1.7 Million/day.

Japan peaked in 1996 with 20 000 Barrels/day. Now they are down to 3000/day and they need 3 Milion/day.

South Korea is basically the same.

India peaked in 2011 with 800 000 Barrels/day. Now down to 600 000 Barrels/day. It needs 5 Million/day.

Even Australia peaked at 600 000 Barrels/day in 2000 and is now down to just 250 000/day. It needs 1.1 Million a day.

There are only around 20 countries left that produce more oil than they consume and can export any meaningful quantities. The problem is that around half of them are projected to run out if oil within the next 10-15 years.

Brazil is projected to use up their proven oil reserves in 12 years at current production.

Norway in 10.

Mexico in 8.

Oman 14.

Argentina 10.

Angola 7.

Colombia 7.

And even the USA - 9.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_proven_oil_reserves

They dont even have to run out of oil. Its enough when their production falls to a level that they dont meet their demand. By that point they will be forced to import oil as well.

And by 2040 there will be only around 10 countries left with a surplus of oil that can supply the other 190 countries. And 190 countries scrambling for scraps while 10 sit on the prize, that's a geopolitical meltdown waiting to happen.

The US is already doing a "war light" in Venezuela and Iran to secure their Oil. By the 2030´s these conflicts will have turned to real outright war.

Are (completely random) deaths predetermined or is it just chance.

In the 1980s there was an incident in Europe: A Soviet pilot lost control over his plane and ejected. The plane just continued to fly in a straight line until it ran out of fuel. It crashed into a house in Belgium, into the sleeping room to be exact and killed the only inhabitant.

This is like a one in a Billion chance. This leads me to the question: Is our date and place of death predetermined? Or is it just completely random?

Are there Parallel Realities with different version of us or are different life paths just an " abstract possibility"

Does each decision we make lead to the creation of other universes where we made a different decision? And as such there are thousands or millions of Universes out there with versions of us that made different choices.

Or are these choices only "possibilities" that can be shown in a "what would have happened scenario", but that dont exist and are only an abstact possibility?

EU warns of energy price crisis, asks countries to consider curbing demand, letter shows

Happens when countries like Germany produce just 30 000 Barrels a day but need 2 Million a day. Or France produces 10 000 Barrels a day but needs 1.5 Million a day and 3/4 of the supply from the Middle East is cut off.

And they dont get cheap gas from Russia and as a result German gas tanks are only 58% full and Frances 83% full.

This was obvious months ago. But instead preparing the EU used up most of its reserves. And now when a sizable chunk of reserves are gone, now they warn and ask countries to conserve oil and gas. Too little, too late. Europes economy will crash because of oil/gas shortages and astronomical prices. They wont get throug the winter.

Anyone remembered their life as Animals or Aliens?

Pretty much all testimony is, that if they remember, their previous lifes were Human.

Are there reports of people remembering lives as Animals or Aliens?

Some countries have already reached "Peak Oil" Decades ago. Yet many people treat oil like an infinite resource and claim that global "Peak Oil" is just a myth

There are many countries that already hit peak oil and declined.

Yet people get extremely hostile towards pointing out that on a finite planet oil is a finite resource.

"We will allways find new oil. Better extraction methods will allways get more oil out of the ground".

Uhm it wont? We used up the easiest to get oil. From now on it will only get harder to extract it.

The discovery of new oil and gas fields also just hit a 40 year low.

Just because they were wrong predictions about oil running out made in the 1970s, doesnt mean that these predictions will always be wrong.

No wonder many people dont believe in overpopulation. They think resources are infinite.

I was just ridiculed in another sub for bringing up the concept of peak oil.

Its likely we have found most reserves, from here on we will find and produce less oil.

There are many countries that already hit peak oil and declined.

Germany produced 170 000 Barrels of Oil a day in 1968 at their peak. Now? 30 000/day. They need 2 Million a day.

Yet people got extremely hostile towards me pointing out that a resource is finite.

Some even called the very concept of peak oil a "myth".

Well at least there is the explanation why people dont believe in overpopulation. Because they think resources are infinite on a finite planet.

People dont realize how dependent most of the world is on oil and how quickly the economy/society will collapse without it

West Germany used to produce some 100 000 Barrels of Oil a day back in 1980. Now all of Germany produces just a measly 30 000 Barrels a day. It needs 2 Million a day to function.

The UK produced 2.8 Million Barrels/day in 1998. Now they are down to 700 000/day. They need 1.4 Million/day.

Australia produces 350 000 a day but needs 1.2 Million.

China produces 5 Million/day it needs 16 Million/day.

Japan produces 10 000/day it needs 3 Million/day.

India produces 500 000/day it needs 5 Million/day.

Even the much lauded US that produces 13 Million Barrels/day is not self sufficient because it consumes over 20 Million Barrels/day.

Out of the 200 countries on this Planet there are perhaps 20 that are self sufficient in Oil and can export it to the other 180 countries that are dependent on it.

The much lauded "reserves" are 2-3 months for most countries.

Most countries have been using their reserves for the past 6 months. I doubt that they can keep drawing on them for another 6 months. We are in for a 1973/1981 Oil price recession on steroids.

Most Trucks run on Diesel. Most of our products are made out of petroleum. Prices will reach astronomical levels in a few months, choking consumers and the economy. Transportation of goods will become uneconomical. Industry will run out of Energy to produce things. Farmers will run out of artifical fertilizer. People will be unable to afford gas to get to work or they will eat up all their income. And then there is a Super El Nino that will make things even worse.

Most people out there are completely oblivious towards what is coming. They complain about gas prices, but they dont think one step further what this means in the grand scheme of things.

They dont think about that oil is finite. Especially if the supply is cut by 20-30%.

Stock up people. And good luck to us all.

The US Strategic Petroleum Reserve decreased by 1/3 in the last 6 months. At this pace it will be gone within a year

It reached 415 Million barrels in January 2026 and remained stable at this level until the end of March.

Form late March until mid September it went down from 415 Million Barrels to 285 Million.

https://ycharts.com/indicators/us_ending_stocks_of_crude_oil_in_the_strategic_petroleum_reserve

And that was during Spring and Summer. Fuel consumption in Winter is greater than during summer.

At this pace the reserve will be down to just 150 Million Barrels by April 2027 and completely gone by September 2027.

Europe has even less reserves than the US.

This would not only collapse the economy but society as well.

How is the economy still holding it together?

We have over 40 Trillion in debt. Auto loans, student loans, credit card debt are at their all time high or near the all time high.

The savings rate of US households is down to some 3%. It was worse only during 2005-2008 before the Great Recession and in the summer of 2022 after people used up their reserves due to Covid.

The interest payments on the debt alone amount to 1.2 Trillion every year. Something like 2/3 of Americans dont even have 5000 Dollars saved for an emergeny.

Oil/Energy is expensive with a Barrel costing 110 Dollars and possibly 120 or even 150 Dollars in the next few weeks after the attack on the Saudi pipeline.

Debt to GDP ratio is at 120%. Thats higher than the ratio in 1946 right after financing WW2. Japans debt to GDP ratio is at 250%. They have been financing our debt but now they are stopping to buy our bonds. The number of 18-35 year olds still/again living at home is worse than during the Great Depression. Consumer spending sentiment is near an all time low. Mass layoffs in IT/Call Centers/Factories and 100 other professions due to AI.

Artificial fantasy stocks may be up, but real people and the real economy are hurting. How is it possible that we didnt have a recession/stock market crash yet?
