Anything I should add?

I felt no anxiety, but I was shaking the whole night and I have no clue why. It was my first dose and 0.5 mg. My doc told me to take as needed.

I got prescribed 0.5 mg of Ativan and I took it and it calmed down my anxiety. However, my physical symptoms didn’t go away until later and then my body was just shaking. But no anxiety at all, just shaking. Is shaking normal? Even if I’m feeling tired and calmer?

Should I talk to my doctor abt a different rescue med?

I got put onto lexapro and Ativan as a rescue med today. How did Ativan work for people? I start the meds tomorrow.
