Lead enrichment automation for stale CRM data

Our HubSpot is full of leads from 2021 with no company size, industry, or tech stack. SDRs waste time researching before every call and we probably route 20 percent to the wrong AE because of bad segmentation. We tried Clearbit but it only enriches on create, not retroactively, and it gets expensive fast. I need something that can backfill 40k contacts, then keep new leads enriched in real time, plus write to custom fields we use for routing. What actually works for ongoing enrichment without blowing the budget or needing engineering?

How are people figuring out Amazon agency budgets before management gives a real number?

I work for a mid-sized toy brand, and my boss asked me to start looking for an Amazon marketing agency before Q4 ramps up. The problem is he keeps saying things like find the best one without giving me an actual budget range. I’m struggling to figure out how to evaluate agencies when pricing seems all over the place. Some look super polished but probably cost more than we can justify, while others seem cheap but hard to trust. For anyone who has gone through this process, how did you compare quality vs. cost before leadership committed to a budget?

Which cordless air duster replaced canned air for you?

Since covid times I have worked remotely and that means that I value my workspace greatly since it is the space I earn my living from. So of course keeping my monitors, CPU and laptops clean is of utmost importance as well as the desk of course. Having worked in tech I have seen just the extent and level of damage accumulated dust can cause. It is not pretty and replacing things is not cheap especially if you are a gamer or deal with things that do require a lot of processing power those machines do not come cheap.
So I simply started looking at some options of cordless air dusters on alibaba with regards to mitigating the dust situation. Honestly I feel like most of them are amazing with a great price point but then images do lie sometimes. I would really appreciate it if anyone has actually purchased one and what it cost them as well as where you bought it from and then maybe I can weigh my options objectively because I will have reliable data from the feedback here.

Airport procedures before travel keeps getting worse and I’m honestly tired of pretending it’s normal

Long security lines, delayed flights, baggage issues, overcrowded airports. I know this sounds dramatic, but travel feels noticeably worse than it used to. I’m nowhere near private jet lifestyle, but I understand why people pay for convenience after dealing with enough airport chaos.

Anyone using a heated mouse pad in winter?

Originally I come from a relatively warm place and so there are some things I never simply even thought I would need. When I moved to a place with harsh winters it was quite a steep adjustment for me because wow, I did expect cold but the moment I landed it was like whatever I was expecting was like twenty times or more worse. I am not even sure whether I am quantifying that correctly. Anyways I have been looking for options to keep myself warm as much as I can. I am on my computer a lot so I got a heated mousepad from alibaba for my hands because my hands and feet suffer the most when it comes to being cold.
The resulting effect is usually that I am now cold throughout my body. This can cause a few issues for me so I am trying to adjust and mitigate the situation as best as I can. I wanted to ask though is everyone using those or should i start looking at other options? What are the other available options anyway?

Anyone regret buying a standing desk converter?

Being a techie interested in every new and upcoming tech is interesting. You see I am a naturally curious person now and add that on top of being a techie I have made some pretty interesting, good and outright stupid purchases that ended up being completely useless. But now for this particular converter desk I got from alibaba I am conflicted. I mean it has served me okay like it fulfilled it’s purpose but now I am starting to doubt it. I mean it does offer flexibility. If I get tired of sitting for long periods of time I can simply adjust it to a standing position and I continue working for a bit.
So the reason I am starting to doubt it is because I figured out that I could just do stretches, a short walk around the block and when I come back I just continue with my work feeling better. So I have not quite used it actively over the past two or so weeks. Now I am here asking myself if I got myself another useless purchase or not. Guess we will see.

What’s the best affordable webcam for video calls?

As a remote worker I think we can all agree that a good quality webcam is a must have not just a nice to have item. This is because of the endless meetings… Well they may not be endless but the frequency cannot be overlooked. And sometimes the laptop webcams do not have that great quality everyone wants. I believe no one wants to look blurry in a professional work setting. I did buy a desktop from alibaba that had one internally built but the operating system on it does not seem to recognize it and I have no idea why. So here I am again webcam shopping. But this time I would like some input from people here. I am of course looking for something affordable but will give great service and quality images. I will appreciate all the help I can get so I don’t shortchange myself again.
I am open to any brand that you may have used before or are using right now. However since i have already burned through most of my budget I would appreciate pocket friendly options.

Customer onboarding automation for coaching clients

I just started a coaching business and new clients get lost after they pay. I’m manually sending a welcome packet, intake form, calendar link, and slack invite. If I’m with another client, they wait hours. I need payment to trigger the intake form, auto-book their kickoff from my calendar, create a client folder, and send the prep work. If they don’t fill the form in 48 hours, send a friendly nudge. I want them to feel supported from minute one without me being glued to my phone. What’s the simplest stack?

Which products made your closet more organized?

I love dressing up and I go out a lot. I also have a job that requires me to dress up in different ways often. Now this means that I have a lot of outfits, shoes and accessories that can cover literally any occasion. Also, because of the value of these items both sentimental and financial I do find it hard to simply let some of them go. I do donate quite a lot. Don't get me wrong but I also have so much stuff as well. This means that sometimes it might take me more than an hour just to find and settle on an outfit for the day. I believe that this is largely due to the fact that I do not have a proper storage system in place. I know I should have one and I am actually looking for advice on how to go about it. How best can I ensure my closet is almost always organised and what are some of the products you could recommend to me? I do prefer products that are not bulky. The items I have seen on Alibaba seem to fit that but I am not sure of the durability. If anyone has bought such please let me know.

What are the best facial rollers?

For anyone who is serious about their skin and slowing down the ageing process, you know that facial rollers are non-negotiable. Facial rollers do serve various purposes and for that reason it is important that you choose the right one. However this is where the challenge comes in. Deciding which roller is best for you because you do need to understand your end goal first. This is where I am stuck. I do know there are rollers for reducing puffiness and also helping relax the facial muscles. There are rollers for other functions of course but this is my primary area of concern. So I would like to hear which ones worked best for you based on those two factors. Like I acknowledge that skin types are different and also things like climate but I guess we can reach a common ground that if it is rollers for a specific function they will achieve just that. But based on the brand the difference might be huge. Please share your recommendations as well as the details on why you chose that particular brand.

We’re constantly running into issues where 811 tickets are tied to a general site plan, but the fine details don't align clearly with our actual staking or layout zones.

The biggest risk is that "no-dig" notes or critical utility details often end up buried deep in the ticket comments. It’s way too easy for a crew to start rough-grading in a spot that technically has a restricted zone hidden in the fine print. How are you guys mapping these specific ticket notes to your actual field zones? Is anyone using a system that makes these "buried" comments more obvious to the guys on the ground before they break ground?

I want to build a tool that uses vision models to analyze chart patterns in real-time across hundreds of pairs. The GenAI development involved in teaching a model to recognize subtle support/resistance levels is proving to be much harder than expected.

We are getting too many false positives. We need a specialized AI team that can help us refine our training data and improve the model's pattern recognition accuracy.

Our sales team is spending too much time building decks and not enough time closing. I need proposal automation that can pull the opportunity data directly from our CRM and generate a branded, accurate quote in under five minutes. Right now, it takes our reps an average of two hours per proposal. Does anyone have a preferred partner for this kind of document automation?

We are finally at a stage where we are hiring 2-3 people a month, which is huge for us. However, every time someone starts, I feel like I spend their entire first week just chasing paperwork, setting up email accounts, and ensuring they have access to the right folders. It is a disjointed experience for the new hires and a total time-sink for me as the founder. I want to create a professional, seamless experience where the moment a contract is signed, the backend setup just happens. What tools are you guys using to make sure nothing falls through the cracks?

I own a home services franchise with 12 territories. Each one uses local contractors, and corporate requires me to ensure contractor license verification is done before any work. I’ve got GMs texting me license photos at 9pm for approval. One location used an unlicensed sub and the customer posted it everywhere. Hurt the whole brand. I need a centralized way to enforce contractor license verification without being the bottleneck. How are you standardizing this?

Nightmare day at the ortho office. We don’t have a pano machine, so we do a full series with our dental sensor for ortho records. Halfway through a new teen case, the sensor just quit. No warning, no lights, completely dead. Had to stop, apologize to mom, and reschedule the kid who already missed school. This is the second sensor failure in 3 years and our caseload is only growing. We need something reliable because parents lose trust fast when you can’t complete basic records. What brands do high-volume ortho practices trust?

I’m trying to close out tickets at the end of the day and it turns into this confusing mess every single time. One utility uses a green checkmark for clear. Cool, makes sense. Another one uses a gray dot. What does that even mean, pending? clear? ignored? And then there’s the one that just doesn’t update the portal at all and expects you to call. It honestly slows everything down more than the actual locating sometimes. What I can't figure ou is if 811 ticket management is this fragmented everywhere, or is my area just especially disorganized? Because right now it feels like there’s zero consistency and we’re all just guessing.

We spend roughly 40 hours a month just on proposal boilerplate. I see these AI platforms at various price points, but I'm skeptical. For those in small teams, did the hours saved actually justify the monthly sub?

In ai app development, I’ve been building applications using langchain for multi-step reasoning workflows, but orchestration is getting complicated quickly. Once chains become nested and involve tools, memory, and external apis, debugging becomes painful. It’s also hard to maintain predictable outputs when multiple agents interact in a single pipeline. Small changes in prompt structure often break downstream logic unexpectedly. Has anyone found a clean way to manage large langchain architectures without them becoming unmaintainable?
