Possible to control certain apps on PC instead?

I have my mobile as a hotspot next to the window for better cellular signal and it's always a bit tedious to go to it and back when I want to use my Estonian Smart-ID app for logging into bank services and typing in the code. I'm using a Pixel 8 Pro device running Android, could it be possible to somehow make the verification code requirement popup show up on my computer as well? Phone Link would obviously be a good choice, but my phone doesn't support the apps on Windows feature.

Dedicated place for new Switch Homebrew releases?

Are there any dedicated sites or YouTube channels for Nintendo Switch Homebrew related news (like game ports, new homebrew apps, updates etc)? There's a Telegram bot I follow that announces new Switch GitHub releases, but it also has obvious bots releasing viruses.
