Hey, all! I'm considering switching to an AMD ecosystem when I upgrade my GPU and CPU, but I'm a little lost on the "series" AMD uses.

I understand Nvidia easily because I was raised with it - 30, 40, and 50 series. I am able to easily identify what's either new or more powerful at a glance (i.e a 4090 is more powerful than a 4060.). But I can't do the same for AMD GPUs or CPUs. Can someone break down how to easily identify them for me? I haven't found any help from Google and refuse to use AI firsthand.

I'm a young adult drummer who lives in Dartmouth, and I am currently remodeling my spare room into a little, lo-tech studio.

I am a fan of bands such as Spite, Fit For An Autopsy, Ingested, Eye of the Enemy etc.

I am not as skilled as these drummers, but I have a solid skill set and want to try to start a band, initially casually but as we get more material I would love to book some venues.

I recently learned The Pulse of the Dead by Parasite Inc. on the kit and I had a blast! Does anyone have any metal song suggestions that are of a similar vibe to help expand on my skills?

As the title suggests; I pushed my normal amount for my arm and shoulders day, but after taking a break for a few weeks. This lead to my biceps being so sore that I'm 99% sure I've pushed far them past their limits.

Please recommend exercises to warm up before my workout and cool down after(for my whole body) so that this doesn't happen again. 😔 I'm in so much pain.
