I deeply apologize for asking for help so frequently lately. This season is incredibly tough here in Morocco as we are facing a severe wave of Feline Coronavirus. Many of my cats are falling sick all at once, putting immense veterinary and financial pressure on me.

I care for a colony of community cats. Recently, I found one of the pregnant colony cats I usually feed bleeding heavily on the street. She had given birth to some stillborn kittens on the pavement, and the rest unfortunately passed away inside her womb. To save her life from infection, I rushed her to the clinic for an immediate emergency c-section surgery.

I have attached her official vet invoice here. The surgery cost alone is 1,200 MAD (around $130 USD), which doesn't include her initial check-up and X-rays. She is currently safe and will stay inside a recovery cage/colony setup until she is completely healed and doing well after the surgery.

With so many other critical cases in my care, I am completely unable to cover this bill alone. Any help to clear this invoice would mean the world to us. Thank you so much for your support. God bless you.

I am an independent rescuer in Morocco. I recently found a pregnant stray cat I used to feed bleeding heavily. We are still giving her a long course of treatment. We clean and care for her injured paw every day, as she has a large open wound on her hand. We hope we can save her hand — if the wound does not heal, it will keep getting infected and affect her whole body, and the vet may have to remove it. We are continuing our care for her and are grateful for all the support you have given us so far.

Here is how our rescuer are doing:

🤍 The white cat — found in terrible shape and very frightened: treatment has started, and he is slowly getting better! He is still very shy and scared, which slows his recovery, but I am caring for him gently every day — little by little, he will feel safe and fully recover.

🧡 The orange cat — hit by a car with a broken jaw: he is still at the vet and improving steadily every single day! Right now he is being fed and cared for through fluids and medication. Once he is strong enough, he will have surgery to fix his jaw.

Five days ago, I asked for help with food here and received $41. I used it to buy what I could, as shown in the photo above.

Unfortunately, the food is completely gone again, and I need to ask for your help once more.

This poor boy was hit by a vehicle and appears to have suffered a serious injury to his mouth and jaw. He is clearly in need of urgent veterinary care, and he cannot afford to wait much longer.

He needs to be examined as soon as possible, with X-rays to determine the extent of his injuries and whether surgery will be necessary. His treatment may also require medication, follow-up care, and a long recovery.

I desperately want to help him, but recently I’ve been struggling to keep up with the needs of all the cats in my care. This month has been particularly difficult, and I cannot manage the cost of a serious case like this on my own.

This little cat was abandoned and separated from her mother far too early. When I found her, she was extremely thin and weak from not having enough food and proper care.

She is now safe with me, and I’m doing my best to give her the food, care, and clean environment she needs to regain her strength and health.

I truly hope she will recover soon and become a happy, healthy cat again. ❤️🐱

About a year ago, I found Peru on the street with a large, painful swelling under his chin. At the vet, we discovered that the swelling was filled with pus, and we started his treatment.

He improved at first, but then he suffered a serious relapse. An infection affected his blood and red blood cells, leaving him extremely weak and yellow. His condition became so severe that he could no longer eat or drink, and he spent 15 days at the veterinary clinic.

I shared his journey with you through every difficult stage. The treatment was very expensive, and without the help and support I received from you, I would not have been able to continue.

Then, slowly, Peru began to recover.

The fragile, sick cat we were so afraid of losing is now healthy, strong, and incredibly beautiful.

He is still extremely afraid and does not come anywhere near me because of his intense fear of people. I’m giving him time and trying not to make him feel more stressed.

We found him in a worrying condition. He has severe diarrhea, severe dehydration, nasal discharge, and signs of poor nutrition. His condition requires prompt veterinary attention.

I will do everything I can to get him to a veterinarian as soon as possible and give him the care he needs.

He is now safe with me, but he is very sick. He has severe diarrhea, severe dehydration, nasal discharge, and appears to be suffering from nutritional deficiencies. He is also extremely stressed and frightened.

He urgently needs a veterinary examination and treatment. Getting him to the vet will be difficult because of how terrified he is, but I will do everything I can for him.

He is finally safe with me, but unfortunately he is in poor condition. He has severe diarrhea, severe dehydration, nasal discharge, and signs of nutritional deficiencies. He is also extremely frightened and stressed.

He needs a veterinary examination as soon as possible to determine what is wrong and begin appropriate treatment.

I know getting him to the vet will be challenging because of his fear, but I will do everything I can to get him the care he needs.

I found Ruba in terrible condition. A large part of her thigh was almost gone, with only raw, red flesh visible. 💔

We started treatment, regular vet visits, and frequent bandage changes. Slowly, the wound healed and new tissue grew.

Two years later, look at her now. ❤️ She is healthy, beautiful, and doing so much better.

We previously shared a post asking for help with food and litter, and thanks to the kindness of this community, we were able to collect $80. We used it to buy one bag of dry cat food and two bags of litter.

The dry food is already almost gone. With more than 50 cats depending on us, one bag lasts only about three days.

Their needs are not all the same. Some can eat dry food, while others are very thin, sick, elderly, or have difficulty eating and urgently need wet food to help them maintain their weight.

We are doing everything we can to keep up with their daily needs, but with so many cats, food and litter disappear very quickly.

This is our second appeal, and we are still in need of food and litter. We’re hoping this update reaches someone who may be able to help.
