My son loves to buy invertebrates without my permission, as I think they are creepy, and I think he’s planning on getting another. Yesterday he asked for carrots, apples, and oats, which is weird because he never really requests things from the store. My queen had her first workers two weeks ago and I fed her a cricket leg and a bit of sugar water. What now? Also, when the colony gets bigger, should I give her a constant supply of sugar? I’ve heard a lot of debate over that subject, also when should I feed her protein?
