For context, I am a HUGE WEMBY fan, i am a firm believer in wemby’s ability and clear goat potential and think its still there, but as of right now he’s not that good and people need to be aware of this.

idc what any of you say, I watched all of that OKC and Finals series and wemby literally has like no bag in the post. He is literally a cheat code and should be able to get to his shots almost every time, but it just doesn’t happen. He doesn’t have the ability to catch the ball in a good position for him to get to the spot he wants and score at will.

He doesn’t have a deep bag in the post and can’t score at will like how I thought he could and how he should be able to.

1. He doesn’t call for the ball in moments he should,

2. Isn’t able to position himself in the right spots in the paint and is always catching the ball at around the 3 point line and he can’t score efficiently unless he’s under the basket. He needs to catch the ball in the paint, immediately get into his bag and be able to get any shot off, but he can’t do that. No post fade away, etc.

3. He’s not strong enough to challenge some of these defenders in the post which is also why he struggles in the first 2 points I mentioned.

I know some people will get mad about this, but its just true. Dude is really only efficient when he’s either setup by his teammates, in transition, or he’s positioned directly under the rim.

He has a lot to work on in order to fulfill his potential. and I hope he does so this franchise can get a chip again!

So does it basically just try to get every single match have all humans when you get to this point?

before I was getting matches with humans but like 1 or 2 bots. Now i’m not even getting any matches

I don't know why or how i've gone my entire life without eating KFC (I'm 21), but I saw they had a BOGO deal on doordash for their 3 piece big box and I went ahead and ordered it.

I'm gonna compare this place to popeyes because I feel like thats the most reasonable comparison I can make since I don't havea. jollibees or churches chicken near me.

KFC absolutely shits on popeyes in every way. Their chicken is so much juicier and most of all the flavor is insane. Idk what they season this chicken with, but tis fucking amazing.

Popeyes also makes me feel like a complete and utter useless fat ass after eating it, idk why but it feels so heavy and oily I actually can't stomach more than 2 pieces and not even a full chicken sandwich.

My ass just ate both of the 3 piece boxes from KFC and I don't feel like shit at all, I'm full as fuck and probably will pass out soon, but I don't feel like a fat ass piece of shit lol.

TLDR; KFC is gas and their chicken is amazing, idk how I went 21 full years of life without trying it until now.

I keep seeing everyone and I mean EVERYONE blame fox for this loss but its so stupid its insane.

Fox has came up so fuckinh clutch so many times when they needed him the most, last game clutch asf, multiple moments in this game clutch as fuck. Against OKC I lost track of how many times they needed his buckets.

I’m watching Season 1 Episode 9 and I was so confused on why the fuck they showed Alicent’s feet in the scene. her ankles looked swollen so I thought they were hinting at some sort of disease that she was developing that involved inflammation… THEN i rewatched the scene and then i saw Larys ON SOME FREAKY ASS SHIT RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER.. Currently watching House of The Dragon and I’m loving it so far, the time skips made it a bit confusing but it’s still amazing so far.

It takes me back to when I watched game of thrones and I remember how disappointed I was by the damn ending. I genuinely wonder what stopped Martin to never finish the book series.

I started trading in October with only 400 dollars, I Managed to make that 400 dollars into 5.1k in January by just trading QQQ options. I was omly buyinv 1 or 2 contracts with 2-3 DTE and made good progress,

Then I started learning about 0DTE and I was a beginner so I didn’t know exactly what I was doing, but somehow managed to make 8k. I got very greedy and over the course of February and March I basically lost it all and got back to 0.

Then I started paper trading to refine my strategy and especially my psychology and for the past month i’ve been trading and i’ve done fairly well, obviously still a beginner, but I’m much better and If I apply this now I feel like I can make some good progress with smart money choices. I’m getting a loan from my dad of about 2k In about 15 days because i’ve been showing him my results and he has some trust in me to turn it into more.

Anyways let me get down to the main point kf this post, I was wondering if anyone else is on a trading journey like me and would like to join me, keepinb eachother accountable, and trying to get rich amd make money together. I’m very lowkey with tradinb and I don’t really have anyone else to talk to about my wins or my losses or just trading in general so I thought, Why not try and make a friend and get money.

I'm a 5'11 male 190.6 lbs.

I am going to be taking fasting salts daily to keep my electrolytes a good level. I'm hoping to get down to around 165 lbs. What are some tips and tricks to help me get through it? I am also someone who goes to the gym often, I am going to stop working out completely for these next 30 days because i'm not going to be eating any food to fuel my recovery.

One question I have: Is doing light movement like going on walks recommended? I know i'm not supposed to do nay strenuous exercise, but wondeering if light exercise will be any beneficial.
