Starting my 30 Day Water Fast today. Any tips and advice to get through?
I'm a 5'11 male 190.6 lbs.
I am going to be taking fasting salts daily to keep my electrolytes a good level. I'm hoping to get down to around 165 lbs. What are some tips and tricks to help me get through it? I am also someone who goes to the gym often, I am going to stop working out completely for these next 30 days because i'm not going to be eating any food to fuel my recovery.
One question I have: Is doing light movement like going on walks recommended? I know i'm not supposed to do nay strenuous exercise, but wondeering if light exercise will be any beneficial.
