Heavier Girls on Estrogen, how did your weight affect your results?

Does the extra weight help with the pointy boob effect that early stage development causes? did you still see fat redistribution without losing and then gaining back weight?

My 4 personalized finished journals! Details on the stitching, supplies, and date ranges in the body :)

The photos of them are in chronological order.

Junk journal: May 2024 to February 2025

Blue: February 2025 to September 2025

Pink: September 2025 to April 2026

Black: April 2026 to August 2026

The three most recent are Beechmore Books dot journals with embroidered designs, where I made holes with an upholstery needle and then stitched through the holes in the cover.

The first was a Micheal's brand generic brown dot journal (you can maybe see a sliver of the original color under there), and I think it was an accurate representation of my headspace 2 years ago.

Beechmore books has these journals indefinitely out of stock (I emailed), so these three will unfortunately remain as a series.

Planning OCD + Autism + a move in a year that'll be the biggest, absolute best, life changing thing I've ever done by a long shot but isn’t set in stone because finding a job is hard = worlds greatest hyperfixation and rumination

How bad would not finishing my degree be?

I have been an estate planning/probate paralegal for 7 months, and last year I started my Associates of paralegal studies, which got me in the door for my current job.

I am planning on moving to pittsburgh 11 hours away next year, and I really need to be able to have a decent chance of finding a job, but my financial aid was cut in half and I dont think I'll be able to afford to finish my degree. How significant is it? Should I really fight to make it work and finish it or will it not be worth it in the end? How much will it effect my chance of getting a job?

There is no reason to "respect the dead" and it's not a big deal to wish someone dies

We are all going to die, factually. Every single person is going to die, so it has never made sense to me that its wrong or evil to speak ill of the dead or to wish someone evil dead. It's going to happen eventually, so I don't see how it matters if I say I'd rather it be sooner than later, especially if the person actively causes harm to others.

I'm going to be dead someday, and who knows when? It's like "you can't joke about cancer if you don't have cancer", except we ALL HAVE CANCER.

Been in "waiting mode" for a month and a half. I hate my brain. Anyone else get this?

Ill preface with the fact that im (f23) autistic as well as having ocd so who knows what this particular thing is caused by.

my husband (m24) and I are going on a vacation in a few days that we have had planned since March, and that we are incredibly excited for.

I know a lot of people can relate to the "waiting mode" feeling, where you have something to do in a few hours so you feel like you can't do anything significant or focus on anything other than just waiting and anticipating the thing. I get that, but on an annoyingly long scale.

A month and a half ago I felt it happen, I felt myself go into waiting mode and immediately felt such dread that I was going to be depressed for a month and a half because I'm paralyzed from being able to do anything, start projects or do anything but try to make the time and days pass by faster. I have three projects planned that I'm going to be starting when we return because it has felt impossible and inherently wrong.

It feels like I've been actively waiting for something for 45 days, like if you sat in a waiting room for 45 days but had your laptop and bed.

Is cross country moving going to be a realistic goal for my husband (24m) and I(23f)?

My husband I live in South Carolina, and our number one goal is to move to Washington state in the next 4 years. We specifically want to move to Tacoma, in the North End area.

I am a Paralegal with less than a year of experience right now and he is a plumber working for his dad with over a year of experience. We live with his parents. We are planning on having 30k saved by the time we move, based on how much we could realistically save and how much I estimate we'd need for the move, but I doubt it's totally accurate.

Is this a realistic goal? We would have a small amount of stuff, but we would need to have our car taken cross country as well as a small uhaul. We would fly there.

Is is realistic that we could find jobs there before running out of money? Id assume wed have to stay in an airbnb or something while trying to find jobs and then an apartment. It just seems so daunting and impossible, any advice at all is appreciated.

Finding a way to optimize copy/pasting?

I am a Paralegal who uses pre written drafts of estate planning documents to draft for new clients. I use copy/paste in Microsoft Word specifically nonstop and was trying to think of a way to optimize it.

Would there be a way anyone knows of to reprogram a sound board, like for streaming, to instead be for copy/pasting? I don't know anything about tech, but what I'm imagining is a board of ~8 buttons where I can highlight the info I need in many different places, the clients name for example, then double press one of the buttons to assign that value to that button, and then place the cursor where I want the text and hit the sound board button once to paste.

Then the second button could be the clients address, third is successor trustee, etc.

Is this something that could reasonably be done?

Made a bag from two vintage (1960s) dresses

I was gifted two vintage dresses by a family member (who is a major art person and invited me to make something out of the clothes), and since one was yellow and one was green I figured I had to make a lemon lime purse :)

The buttons are made of polymer clay, painted with acrylic and uv resin coated.

the pattern is here:

and I belive both fabrics were cotton, but no way to know for certain.

Does anyone have experience moving states and finding a new job?

My husband and I are desperately wanting to move from south carolina to Washington state in 3 years. He is a plumber and I only have about 3 months of paralegal experience as of right now, so I'll have a few years once we move.

How are you expected to move states? I've been looking at job listings to get an idea of what I'll be applying to, but so many of them specifically state that you have to have experience in law in Washington state. Am I going to have to start all over when we move as a legal assistant?
