Martian Armed forces - ODA 667, 1st Special Forces Group attached to Boone invasion Fleet, were to conduct their routine meeting with Impisi local leaders to discuss further operations and training of additional Guerrilla fighters.

Lookouts posted around the slums perimeter detected a sudden mass maneuver of UN Forces.

The ODA and Impisi leadership knew they had to exfil quickly or risk getting caught in a RAID Team slaughter.

However the UN Forces didn't realize they were stiring up a Hornets nest full of Impisi fighters. Their quick mission would then escalate to "The battle of Iskander City".

Battle highlights:

-Warsmith turned my champion into a pancake

-Tactical squad gunned down an autocannon squad with mass bolter fire

-Deathshroud destroying a Contemptor dreadnought

-Calas Typhon and Grave Wardens destroying a Cataphracti squad

Idk how to paint horses, definitely one of my favorite sculpts for mesbg. Just wish he wasn't fight 5 :*)

All the little trim was so hard to paint

Used mounted Bard for the horse and lower torso

My blood angels army so far has so much melee so started working on a destroyer themed shooty list.

With an early warning of a World Eaters Assault on the horizon, The Blood Angels were able to forward deploy up to 2 sectors within the 4 sector battlefield in an attempt to rush the traitos into a melee.

The World Eaters however seized the initiative.

Opening moments of the battle began with world Eaters Armored transports advancing the field to disembark their cargo.

On the Western flank, The Land Raider releasing a World Eaters Centurion with a squad of Red Butcher Terminators. The Spartan with its Praetor in Saturnine terminator and Saturnine Retinue.

On the eastern flank, a rhino carrying a Legion Champion was escorted by Legion Veterans and Inductii following on foot.

World Eaters Armor, contemptor dreadnought, and Saturnine terminators had the first shots of the battle but their weapons failed to inflict significant damage against the elite Blood Angels force who were equipped in Artificer Armor.

The Red Butcher squad charged into the forward deployed squad of Sanguinary Guards, with their Centurion Challenging the Blood Angels Champion to a deadly duel.

Blood Angels Champion Jibrīl crushed the Centurion's skull with his Paragon blade, The Flail of Baal. But not before being gravely wounded to a single wound by the terminator armored officer.

The red butchers fared no better as the Sanguinary Guards were protected by their Artificer Armor. Perdition blades and Paragon blades felled 3 butchers.

The Blood Angels Praetor and Retinue moved to engage the World Eaters Praetor. Firing a full wave of inferno pistols wounds a saturnine as the squad moves to charge.

Their pride would be their downfall as praetor Mīkā'īl

Was downed in a duel with the World Eaters Praetor in Saturnine Armor. The Sanguinary Guards would be routed soon after under the might of Saturnine.

On the eastern flank, Blood Angels Ofanim Court Squad and Veteran squad Adriel fired bolt and inferno pistols as the charged. Killing 8 World Eater Inductii outright.

As the groups moved to melee, the Ofanim court Surrounded a World Eaters Champion. Though two of their members fell, The court succeeded in Assasinating the Champion

Veteran Squad Adriel crashes into the Inductii and slays many of them but losing a Veteran to an enemy power Lance at the start of the melee.

World Eaters Vetrans all armed with power claws then surround the Blood Angels Veterans and both groups trade strikes and fell each other.

Just as the battle was in favor of the Blood Angels,

A Dreadnought drop pod crashed into the center field and released a leviathan dreadnought which flanked the Sanguinary Guards.

It's meltas disintegrating two Sanguniary Guards outright. A Contemptor dreadnought's Gravid Bolt cannon removing another guard. Both Dreadnoughts then charged into the group. Champion Jibrīl and the Guard were then routed and escaped from the battlefield leaving the tactical squad holding the rear objective exposed and vulnerable to the World Eaters.

Land Raider Spartan with its Heavy Flamers would fire onto the perfectly lined up tactical squad also causing them to panic and rout.

Blood Angel Dawnbreaker Cohorts would arrive to deep strike the western and eastern flanks but by the time of their arrival, it was too late. Their grenade discharges and the falling power spears would reduce the traitor numbers further but the battlefield had already been overrun by the World Eaters who secured the Victory.

Battle of Fornost vs Lurtz Scouts

While Gondor's expeditionary force initially started strong, taking out 7 orc scouts on turn two and securing most of the objectives, Ugluk and an orc scout Captain's combined strength and the fact that meat was back in the menu routed Earnur and his knights.

Glorfindel and two captains of Minas tirith contested the upper level against Lurtz and another orc scout. Both sides traded shots from behind cover while infantry clashed on the right flank.

Glorfundel pushed down the center followed by Minas Tirith Spearmen and cut down many orcs despite being surrounded.

​

Lurtz took the opportunity to continue isolating Glorfindel and his troops and them moved in for the kill.

​

Knocking Glorfindel prone with a well aimed shield toss, Glorfindel was left defenseless as his fate had been withered down during the battle.

Lurtz scouts took the win.
