Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Linux / VMware Engineer to design, implement, secure, and maintain enterprise infrastructure spanning both Linux-based server environments and VMware virtualisation platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in both disciplines — ensuring high availability, performance, automation, and security across mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Linux Administration

•        Install, configure, and manage enterprise Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, Oracle Linux) in production environments

•        Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system uptime

•        Manage user accounts, permissions, and system security policies

•        Perform patch management, system upgrades, and kernel tuning

•        Manage storage, file systems, and LVM configurations

VMware & Virtualisation

Required Skills & Experience

Linux

•        3 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration or engineering

•        Strong understanding of system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security hardening

•        Experience with shell scripting (Bash) and automation tools

•        Solid knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls)

•        Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus

VMware

•        3 to 8+ years of experience in virtualisation engineering or infrastructure roles

•        Strong expertise in VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)

•        Hands-on experience with vMotion, HA, DRS, and vSphere lifecycle management

•        Solid understanding of SAN/NAS technologies and VMware storage solutions

Infra Assure is looking for a skilled AI Platform Engineer to manage and operate an enterprise grade AI infrastructure environment. You will be responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and high-performance AI platform operations supporting the development, training, and deployment of AI workloads across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Operations: Manage Kubernetes cluster orchestration via SUSE Rancher and the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software stack.
  • Compute Admin: Administer and optimize Dell PowerEdge and PowerEdge XE servers used for AI compute workloads.
  • Storage Management: Manage Dell PowerScale NAS storage, including capacity planning, performance tuning, and availability.
  • Monitoring: Track system health and resource utilization across compute, storage, and AI software layers.
