Anyone here became a SMBC after recovering from a severe burn out / hPa axis dysfonction?

I’m 40 and I would like to try again IVF after my last IVF failed in 2023, but this time I’d gowith donor eggs. But right now I am trying to recover from hPa axis dysfonction and low cortisol (burnout).

I want to wait to feel less tired of course, but I also feel I’m running out of time since I’m 40.

I’m afraid I have to give up motherhood dream because I pushed my body too far. Do you have hopeful stories, anyone here became SMBC after a severe burnout ? How did it go?

Narwal Freoz10 Ultra at Costco or Roborock Qrevo Curv S5X?

Hello, prime days made me fall into the robovac rabbithole and I feel I’m loosing my mind into finding the best model for my needs And wallet.

The needs : 800 square feet appartement / 2 cats / long hair. Litter is wood pallets so I need the robovac top be able to pick those on the floor. Also, I already own a DysonV15, so I my need is a better Mop than vacuum (as long as it pick ups heavy debris like wood pallet otherwise they’ll get soaked and transform in a wood paste).

I’ve managed to reduce the choices between these 2 :

1)Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra (799$Can at Costco Canada instead of 999$

2)Roborock Qrevo Curv S5X (649,99$can Prime Day Amazon instead of 999$)

Any thoughts ?

Hormonal / cortisol crash post IVF

Been diagnosed with severe low ovarian reserve at 35, had to start rush fertility treatments because they told me I only had months left if I ever wanted to try be a mom.
DId the IVF, intense protocol but my body didn’t respond well to the ovarian stimulation and they didn’t retrieve much.

That was 2 and Half years ago. Right after it ended, I started having intense symptoms of early perimenopause, it took 1 year before I could have hormonal replacement therapy and get some relief. By then, I felt soooo exhausted, I have a demanding job and my brain fog was intense, couldn’t concentrate, always looking for my words, and just more and more lethargic while I’m usually full of energy. I wasn’t able to be a high achiever anymore which was required by my job, I was barely functional and went on work leave.

The salivary cortisol test reveal I have very low cortisol in the morning and it drops even very low before noon. After that is a straight line. Seems to be why I have no energy.

My endocrinologist says it’s a physiological/ hormonal crash and thinks this was probably caused by the hyper stimulation from the IVF treatments on a low ovarian reserve which left my body exhausted and disregulated my thyroid-surrenals-ovaries axis.

Hi, I’m looking to see if any women has a similar experience to mine, which is adrenal dysfunction that my doctor think was caused by fertility treatments.

In a nutshell : been diagnosed POI at 35, which led me to a little depression. Had to rush the décision of trying having kids as solomom, as I was single, because they told me I only had months if I ever wanted to be a mom.
Did all the fertility treatments (insémination + one round of IVF) in 2023 for a year-ish, without success. That was 2 and Half years ago. Right after it ended, I started having intense symptoms of perimenopause, it took 1 year before I could have HRT and get some relief. By then, I felt soooo exhausted, I have a demanding job in legal field and my brain fog was intense, couldn’t concentrate, always looking for my words, and just more and more lethargic while I’m usually full of energy. Was getting unable to manage my stress response and I was getting very irritable. I wasn’t able to be a high achiever anymore which was required by my job, I was barely functional and went on work leave for burn out.

The salivary cortisol test I did reveal I have very low cortisol in the morning and it drops even lower before noon. After that is a straight line. Seems to be why I have no energy. My doctors says it’s a physiological burn out and thinks this was probably caused by the intense stimulation from the fertility treatments while which left my body depleted and disregulated my thyroid-surrenals-ovaries axis.
