I am highly confused between choosing a top-tier IPS display versus stretching my budget for an OLED screen. I need the community's help to resolve two specific points:

1. The Screen Dilemma (IPS vs OLED) :

If I stick strictly to my ₹1.5 Lakh budget, I can easily get a laptop with a high-end, color-accurate IPS panel (2K, 165Hz+, high nits). However, if I stretch my budget, I can get an OLED display. For a primary gaming machine, is stretching the budget for an OLED screen worth the extra money in India, or should I stick to a high-end IPS panel to avoid risks like burn-in and high repair costs?

2. Complete Laptop Recommendations :

Please suggest a "complete" gaming package around or slightly above this budget. By "complete," I mean a machine that doesn't compromise—it must have excellent thermal cooling, great build quality, a top-tier display (IPS or OLED), and high-performing internals. What are the absolute best models available in the Indian market right now that fit this criteria?

I have been on X since 2022 and there's a pattern since late 2024 regarding hate speech against Indians getting viral on X so i extensively searched and researched with Google ai about the Main factors :

1.Data indicates that accounts posting hate speech against Indians often evade suspension even when reported for violating X's policies.

A 2025 study by the Center for the Study of Organized Hate (CSOH) analyzed 85 accounts disseminating anti-Indian hate speech. Despite these accounts violating X's "Hateful Conduct" policies, only 1 out of the 85 accounts was suspended.

2.Massive Volume of Bans: X’s monthly compliance reports consistently show huge numbers of Indian accounts being banned. For example, in single-month periods (like June–July 2023 or Feb–March 2024), X banned between 200,000 to 500,000 Indian accounts. The primary cited reasons are usually child safety and terrorism, but this establishes a baseline of aggressive automated enforcement in the region.

3.The "Barry Stanton" Benchmark: The infamous racist profile "Barry Stanton" posted extreme, dehumanising memes targeting Indians for months. Despite thousands of initial individual reports, X took zero automated action. It was only suspended after a massive, multi-day viral public campaign by Indian internet users forced the platform's manual intervention.

4.The Monetisation of Hate: Data from CSOH's July–September 2025 tracker found that a small network generated just 680 anti-Indian posts, but X's algorithm amplified them to a staggering 281.2 million views. Because anti-Indian content sparks high conflict and heavy engagement (outrage clicks), X’s algorithm rewards these accounts with massive global reach, even when reported.

5.when Indians report a foreign or adversarial account (e.g., from Pakistan or Western countries) for posting hate speech, the automation behaves entirely differently:Nuance Failure: Automated AI models are notoriously poor at detecting the cultural nuances of anti-Indian racism, regional slurs, or historical tensions.The "Free Speech" Filter: The algorithm often misclassifies anti-Indian hate speech as "political debate" or "edgy humor."Human Backlog: Because the automation fails to recognise the hate speech, the report is pushed into a massive global queue for manual human review. X has severely downsized its global trust and safety teams, meaning these human queues are backlogged for months, allowing guilty accounts to remain active indefinitely.

6.The Shield: When someone posts that Indians are "ruining the workforce" or calls for "mass deportations," the algorithm categorizes this as protected political speech rather than hate speech. This legal and systemic masking allows anti-Indian content to bypass safety blocks entirely, whereas the "N-word" has no such political shield.

7.Rewarding the Post: The algorithm does not understand the difference between a "good" reply and a "furious" reply. It only sees a post getting thousands of clicks. Consequently, instead of suppressing the anti-Indian post, the algorithm pushes it into the global "For You" feed, blowing its reach up to hundreds of millions of views.
