I bought a coat two years ago and I'd now like to resell it. For some reason RePop is not available for the item although it is for other items I bought in the same month and earlier.
I can't find an answer to this in DePop support - does anyone know?
As title says I was gifted an iMac retina 4K. When I switch it on it boots to the recovery options every time.
"Reinstall macOS" seems to be the only option that ever moves me forward however whenever it gets to the end of the Sierra install process I get the message "An error occurred while preparing the installation. Try running this application again."
Any clues? I don't want to start wiping discs unless I absolutely have no other choice.

The "indicative selling price" for this property is $590k-$640k
...and yet there is nothing in any of the other prices that indicate that.
We've got a median of $515k, and "comparable" sales of $568k, $575k, $577.5k - all well above median, suggesting there's quite a few below median too.
Where tf are the REA getting $640k from??
I have acquired a led floor light that has some great patterns when in demo mode (I’m assuming this is the default when I power it on), but I don’t have the remote.
I considered replacing the controller and getting a new remote to match, BUT the inputs are confusing me.
I can power it on by connecting power to connection B (pictured).
Connection B leads to A (B->A is a single cable), which is inside one of the legs of the unit. A in turn connects to C, which seems to be the LED strip.
If I was to buy a new controller, where would it go??
Note: my second image is of a *similar light. Cabling is different; my lead goes direct into the outside end of one of the legs, rather than the centre as the one pictured. I do not know the brand of the one I have. There are no model numbers visible on the cabling nor the outside of the frame.
Is damage to flooring (possibly caused by in internal leak in the same apt) covered by buildings (BC) or contents (owners) insurance?
The leak was repaired but the owner's contents insurer says the damaged wooden floors (which may or may not be a result of the leak) are not "contents" and would fall under the responsibility of the BC.
Secondly, if the floors *are* covered by BC, the cost will almost certainly be less than the excess, so who pays?
I live in a small apt and am interested in buying a small (one person) washer/dryer combo.
I've got no experience of owning one of these machines, but definitely can't afford top dollar $2k model.

A review website listed as a negative that some combos only have a cold water inlet. Sounds like a positive to me - one less hose to fail on me.

I’m looking for recommendations for apt. *building insurance (owner-occupier, inner Melbourne) and really not sure where to begin - given that body Corp covers most major issues beyond my walls, there’s not a huge amount needs to be covered imo. I guess fire/smoke damage, accidents, water leaks… Not too concerned about contents as the property is very secure.
