Hihiii I am looking to buy/build a PC later this month and would love some help since I know basically nothing about PCs!

• New build or upgrade? : New Build!
• Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links) : I have a bluetooth mouse and a wired keyboard but don't have a monitor or anything else
• PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games) : Primarily gaming but also some video editing/Photoshop. If I had to be specific, being able to play Baldur's Gate 3 on Ultra settings without much FPS loss would be nice but that might not be realistic with this budget idk lol
• Purchase country? Near Micro Center? (If not US, list local vendors) : UK! Close by to London but I am not aware of any local vendors nearby? I would prefer being able to order stuff tho but that's not a hard line
• Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate) : Yes! 120-144hz? 1440p would be nice. I don't need 4k
• Budget range? (Include tax considerations): Around 1500. 1600 is a hard line.
• WiFi or wired connection? : Is it possible to have both? Wifi is a priority but being able to use either would be nice.
• Size/noise constraints? : No size constraints, I would like it if it wasn't like super loud since I am in uni accommodations.
• Color/lighting preferences?: None
• Any other specific needs? : None that I can think of right now.

Hihii, I will be starting my first year at RHUL this September. Hihiii! I have played stardew for a couple years now but don't have much experience with multi-player and would love to change that!!

I am typically in the BST Timezone but my timings are pretty flexible right now so I can play whenever! I would prefer you to be on the same/similar timezone tho since my time will be pretty restricted to evenings when uni starts.

Not sure where else to post this, last night at around 2ish am. I was studying and saw a moth in my room. I went to kill it and then saw 2 more. And I am not being hyperbolic here but within a matter of half an hour there were more than at-least 30 moths in my room. I obviously panicked and got scared so ran out. Then when I calmed down I turned off all lights in my room and left the door open so they could come out of the room. This morning at 5am ish when I went back into the room it was empty and there is no trace of them but I am still super panicked and anxious about them either still being here hiding or something idk. What should I do? I checked around and didn't find any infestation or any holes they could have come inside from.
Some more info that might be needed, I have been in the UK for uni the past 9 months and just came back home here for summer vacation so this room has been unoccupied for 9 months, it was however being cleaned pretty regularly by my parents and whatnot.
Any advice is welcome, thanks!

I have my dinner ready and wait for every upload like those people waiting in front of a shop at 4am to get a newly released shoe.

I was talking to my sister this morning and had to remember what day it was, my mind literally went "oh it was smosh theater yesterday and we haven't had the midweek break yet so it must be Wednesday". I go to uni. My brain literally used smosh to figure out the day before using my literal uni timetable.

I get smosh compilations recommended to me that have like less than 100 views. My insta is filled with smosh and dropout. My tiktok is literally just smosh, dropout and hank green lol

All this to say, I adore this community and I fear I love smosh too much <3

Hi! I, like many others, bought the game during the initial boom. I remember playing it a ton but right about the time all the lawsuit stuff happened I stopped. Now that it has been a while, I would love to know what came off of it? Were there any changes made to the game because of it? I see that the reviews for the game are still pretty good so surely nothing fundamental was changed?

I have been playing "Our Life : Beginnings and Always" and it is simply amazing. Are there more games that are similar? I know the devs are also working on a sequel and I can't wait!

Gender/sexuality for any characters involved don't matter, I just want fluff lol.

Also I have gotten "I was a teenage exocolonist" recommended a ton and I think it does something similar to what I am asking for but I got spoiled on some of the story and honestly doesn't seem like my kind of thing.

Plus points if you can have kids and raise them but that's not a necessity!
