Genuinely interested after his appearance on the yak on everyone’s read on intern Braun. Love that he doesn’t know barstool it’s fun to have someone in that doesn’t have that type of bias, but is he just genuinely a shitbag?

30 year old male Coming off of 3 foot surgeries, 2 years either on crutches or a walking boot. Lived an active lifestyle before and lost 80 pounds in college by running.

I’ve always been a super active individual between basketball and cardio related activities. Being incapacitated for so long dropped me into a deep
Depression and has caused me to gain all the weight back and then more, currently sitting at 6’1” 305lbs

I know I can’t just barrage myself with running again because I will re injure myself. I’ve never been a huge weightlifting or gym person. What can I do to lose the weight non cardio related?

I went to a screening at Disney Springs AMC in Orlando so being right next to Disney might have a bit of an altered experience… but the fact that every single time a new character gets shown or anything of importance happens on screen there’s 5-10

But as far as the day to day work, finding a unique niche and style to curate his own unique content Ohio’s Tate is one of the greatest hires in recent history. Turning guys like Mintzy from a net negative to tens of millions of views, after dark, to going to big ten media day as Connor stallions he knows how to maximize content out of thin air.

Rewatching House Of The Dragon in anticipation for next week, and the thought dawned upon me that whoever is the king at the time whole of course being more prominently featured also suddenly puts on a seemingly generational performance. Robert season 1 was impeccable, Joffrey stepped up majorly, Cersei’s sinister stage and then especially Viserys season 1 and am particularly taken by Aegon in HotD S2 he runs away with every scene he is in. Do you think it is just the additional attention to detail by the directors to really have the male performances or is there something about wearing the crown that brings these actors to another level?

Long time stoolie, absolutely love anytime I can hear the velvet smooth voice of RR and I do think revisionist history in five years it will probably end up having been the right move for our guy.

But I am doing an impromptu rewatch of Game of Thrones, which I do typically every other year, and decided I wanted some content to see how people were reacting to the final season in real time.
Went back and re-listened to the old BS Pod episodes where Bill and Ryen talked through season eight and it did get me in my feelings missing those two together, even in 2019 they were absolutely electric bouncing off each other, now just has me missing even more the fluidity of those gentlemen conversation conversations they had for the better part of a decade. Love RR and BS, just wish I could get another Sunday pod of them debating what level of the pyramid Russell Westbrook was gonna go into

I am going back on a rewatch of thrones passing the time between AKOTSK and HotD. I found binge mode and was listening to mal and Jason talk about the earlier seasons, about to wrap S6 and was curious what feed(s) the ringer covered the final season on?
