I don’t think I even have to start T, I’m ambiguous as is.
Putting together a gothy sleep playlist, but I tend to be distracted by vocals when I’m trying to sleep. What’s everyone’s favorite goth instrumental tracks, especially laid back pieces? All subgenres invited, and adjacent is fine if you have anything that comes to mind
To just get it out of the way, my cat is already on medication. He’s currently on antibiotics and an oral steroid to handle a pretty bad case of bronchitis and yesterday his symptoms were majorly agitated by nearby wildfires and the heat outside. He’s now being kept inside exclusively until we feel he’s okay to go out, if that ever happens.
But, since today is the first day of treatment, he still wheezes pretty often and of course his medications won’t have an immediate effect. Is there any way that I can help make him comfortable and improve his breathing other than the medications? I hate to see him like this. I already plan to go through and clean up any dust in my room and add an air purifier to the room.
I want more goth rock with different vibes than the usual time signatures. Maybe with some more prog vibes to the drumming or just different drumming. Bonus if it’s got an actual drummer and not a drum machine, please.
I’ve found that when I’m experiencing overstimulation I can get really mean. Not intentionally for the most part, but if someone I know is having a bad day I will end up finding their emotions more annoying than anything. It sucks because I want to be nice and help people but the more overwhelmed I get, the less attachment I seem to have to others and become extremely focused on myself only.
Does anyone else experience this? It feels like it’s something that has only ever applied to me and I get a lot of judgment about. It’s not really like I want to completely shut off emotionally, I’m usually fairly open, so it’s not like my normal state is “the emotions of others are too annoying and stupid to acknowledge”.
