I filed an internal CRC investigation in our institution and at the same time, i filed the matter with the EEOC and human rights commission.

The EEOC is now investigating the matter and the human rights commission have contacted me for an intake interview.

At the same time, I have received notice from our institution that the CRC investigation is now complete and as you can imagine they found no wrong doing.

They have requested a 10-day appeal period regarding the investigation outcome.

Just wanted to see if I should file an appeal to the internal investigation outcome or simply wait on the EEOC and human rights commission investigation?

I want to minimize my interactions with the company now that external investigation is ongoing.
