I’m building a startup called Fantasy Fitness and I’m looking for a human-made logo.

I made an AI mockup only to show the general direction I like. I do not want generative AI used for the final logo. I can send the mockup in DMs.

What I’m looking for:

warm, welcoming fantasy/adventure vibe

sword/barbell hybrid with large weight plates near the hilt

stacked text:

Fantasy

Fitness

warm gold, blue, white, and wood tones

subtitle: Gym • Gaming • Community

polished, colorful, almost game-title-screen feel

not dark, gritty, hardcore, or overly medieval

I’m not looking for a 1:1 recreation of the mockup. I want something original that captures the same aesthetic.

Budget: up to $100. I’m a very early-stage startup, so I know this is a modest budget. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable creating one focused logo within that scope, including full ownership/copyright transfer of the final approved design.

Because this will eventually be a real business logo, I’d prefer a process where I can see 1–2 rough concepts/sketches first, choose a direction, and then have 1–2 revision rounds before the final version.

Please send:

portfolio examples, especially fantasy/gaming/emblem/logo work

confirmation that you do not use generative AI

what commercial-use rights are included

whether vector/source files are included

I can provide the mockup and a more detailed design brief to anyone interested.

I just read Uncanny X-Men #160, but I haven’t read the original Magik miniseries yet.

Why did Belasco specifically kidnap Illyana? From what I understand, he needed to corrupt an innocent soul to create the bloodstones, but couldn’t he have chosen basically any random child? It seems like a massive coincidence that he chose Colossus’s sister.

Also, why take her while she was surrounded by the X-Men and leave the portal open long enough for them to follow? Why not just take her while she was sleeping and immediately close it?

Is there an actual explanation I haven’t reached yet, or is the answer basically just that Belasco is arrogant and Illyana was chosen because she was connected to the X-Men and he wanted to break them as well?

I had an interview with Westshore Homes in Georgia. Home improvement sales, bread & butter being bathroom remodeling. Pre-set appointments at 9 AM, 1 PM and 6 PM 5 days a week.

Anyone know about this company? Does it sound like a good role? There are some bad reviews for employment online, but I also feel like people are more motivated to leave a bad review when having a negative experience than a positive one.

Hey everyone!

I own a small Shopify apparel brand called RoofSwag that's geared toward the roofing industry. The website is built, products are live, and I have plenty of ideas, but I've realized I'm much more of an "ideas guy" than someone who enjoys consistently marketing on social media.

I'm looking for someone who genuinely enjoys growing brands through content, social media, email marketing, influencer outreach, and ecommerce. Rather than hiring an agency, I'd rather find someone who wants to grow this alongside me and share in the upside.

I'd still be involved by creating product ideas, making occasional videos, and helping with the direction of the brand. I'm just looking for someone who loves the execution side.

This wouldn't be a traditional job. I'm thinking a fair profit-sharing arrangement with a simple written agreement and room to grow if we make a good team.

If you've built Shopify brands before or think this sounds interesting, send me a DM and tell me a little about your experience and what you'd want from a partnership.

I haven't played Imaginators, but from what I understand the older skylanders are nerfed. I want to play the game on my modded switch so I can play it in bed, is there a way to use the rebalance patch the Wii U version has?

Is using older ones not fun in base Imaginators? I'd play Giants or Swap Force if there was a handheld version where you didn't have to scan the characters in and out (not the 3DS ones those are bad from what I understand lol)

Considering using a Switch OLED modding service because I'm not great with these things.

Question: Will it be hard to install software and mods on it myself once I get it back? Will I need an SD card? I'd like the process to be easy I get stressed easily haha

Is it possible to listen to audiobooks similar to how you can use it for reading ebooks?

Gf wants to play them, I'd love to play them with her even if we don't necessarily interact with the other MMO features if the experience is good

I love lore and catching major references, but I'm reading Elantris and man I'm just not feeling it right now. I will read the Emperor's Soul but will Elantris specifically make my experience *that* much better?

Georgia's market is super oversatured. I want to build trust with homeowners but it's very hard to differentiate myself when it's hard to have them even hear what I have to say. I know it's my job, but I actually do want to help!

Some people genuinely have some reason as to why they CANT do it, but I'd love to at least have conversations and maybe make a new connection.
