I wanted to know, or see if anyone else knows of a university or something in the PNW that is having or will have a study regarding the use of artificial sweeteners, and the correlation with migraines in the user.
Ever since I was around 4 years old, my family and I have been aware that "diet" sodas gave me migraines. This was fine and easy to deal with back in the early 2000s, but nowadays, nearly everything has some form of artificial sweetener, so I unfortunately have to be very picky about what I consume.
I am more than willing to subject myself to the pain of migraines for the good of science, if it helps us understand why this happens in some people who are obviously more sensitive to this sort of thing. By the sheer number of people that I've spoken to that are affected this way, it has to be more than simply anecdotal. I'm sure there are hundreds, if not thousands more people that are actively dealing with it every day, and don't even know that it could possibly because of sugar substitutes.

I've been working on this off and on over the last 2 years, and have made nearly everything you see in this video! There are some issues that I'm aware of and intend to fix, but I want to see what other people think so far!

Jr, I know you peruse this sub since you commented on my post a couple weeks back when I saw your run was scheduled for this morning. That was a really dope run of Tricky. I didn't get a screenshot of the final time, but it was like 24:something? Lots of love and lots of hype!
Wheeeeee!
Times are in Pacific. Seems like it'd be fun to tune in and watch!
I've noticed that there really aren't a lot of dieselpunk assets on the marketplace, other than that one KitBash pack that costs $150. So, I've decided to make a pack myself, and here is the first piece. A car in that dieselpunk aesthetic, with both clean textures and weathered textures. It also comes with 4 LODs and a small showcase map with a few extra meshes that can be used in any project. Only $10!

Honestly, sort of the title. I'm a 3D modeler specializing in hard-surface models, and have made several models in service of games that I've worked on. I've listed a couple of the things I've made on the FAB marketplace to lukewarm reception, though I haven't really advertised them much either.
What I'm curious about is what you think is lacking in the 3D model world? I know Dieselpunk is a whole genre that seems to be lacking, and the only really nice stuff anywhere is an expensive set on KitBash. So I'm building a whole dieselpunk world for myself from the ground up. What else is there that you've looked for and went, "This is under-represented"?
