I’m not expecting a 100% answer of certainty because I know nobody can tell me for sure; so I’m just looking for what people knowledgeable in this would think or suspect. I won SSI mental disability, to be exact btw.

I am getting backpay from August 23rd, 2023 when I first applied(I applied on July 23rd, but my letter says it does not become payable until the month after the month in which the application is filed? I hope I’m understanding what that means correctly) I got my notice of award on June 26th, 2026 of this year. I calculated the backpay to be around 29-34k because I’m pretty positive I’ll get the full 994$ benefits since I have no other source of income (haven’t for many years) whatsoever and no assets above 2,000$.

The award letter told me that within 60 days I’ll get another letter telling me how much I’m getting back and I haven’t gotten that letter yet.

My first question is: would the first two backpay checks only be about 2,000$ each and then the final backpay check the rest of the sum? I keep seeing conflicting info on how that gets sent out and it has me totally confused. I have a lot of things I need to fix and prepare for- so I’m trying to plan all of that ASAP and that’s why I’m asking this question in particular.

My second question is: Since I have no bank account, are they going to send me a debit card with the first check(basically a card with the money/first check already on it)? Or will they just send me a paper check?

And my final question is this: …Due to my memory issues due to stress, and my clumsiness and lack of focus(I’m also really really bad with math and numbers) the judge ‘recommended that a determination be made concerning the appointment of a representative payee who can manage payments in the claimants interest.’ Does this mean I have to have somebody in charge of my
Funds and that I will need to ask permission from that person to use my money?(it would be my bf in this case who has taken care of me for about two years. I have no family or friends, he’d be the only option. Which isn’t a bad thing for me I just want to understand.) And does this process of appointing a representative payee make the process of receiving my initial/first check slower? Waiting for the money I’m in need of really badly is miserable and nerve wrecking enough and it’s already been a month after my fully favorable decision from the judge. I really don’t want anything to slow it down more.

I’m at a loss for words, in a very good way.

I’m going to try to keep this as short as I can. If anybody wants specific details just ask and I’ll answer lol.

Some of you may have seen my post about a month ago where I explained my situation with being disabled and being denied consistently for SSI. I am severely poor, no penny or bank account to my name. No family or friends either because I am totally estranged due to religious bigotry they have. Meaning I’ve been on my own. I made a post asking which spirit would be the best to work with or petition for winning my SSI court case.

A few people mentioned Belial and it felt right so I communicated with him and asked him if he would help me. He said yes. I promised very good offerings and honoring him if I won. I even asked him outright ‘will I win?’ And he told me yes. His responses were very fast/instant and he was very clear-cut with his communication.

Well, a few days after I contacted him some strange things happened. Things that seemed like bad luck but ended up working in favor for my case!!!!!!! One example is on the day of my court date a weird car trouble happened as soon as we pulled out of my house. I was devastated and the hearing was over an hour away and I couldn’t make it. Then I realized it must be his doing, it must be something that will work in my favor and it helped me chill out. Well, I provided proof to the judge of this issue that prevented me from making it to the hearing and it helped him understand I’m truly disabled because I can’t drive and rely on others to give me rides which is hard to do. It helped him realize that just making it to a court hearing was almost impossible for me so working and having a way to get to work was impossible and he realized just how bad my case was.

That’s just one example of how Belial manifested things to work in my favor.

The judge was also … EXTREMELY empathetic and nice. I specifically asked Belial to make the judge feel and rule in my favor and that is exactly what happened. When the judge asked me about my disabling issues, I normally stumble my words and mess up my speech pattern and switch from one thing to the other, but my words flowed out eloquently. Every answer I gave him ended up being exactly what he needed to hear for him to have good reason to rule in my favor.

I have help from legal aid too, and she called me and told me ‘this is the fastest I’ve ever gotten a final decision notice from a judge in all my years of work. I’ve never seen anyone accept a case so fast.’ I just got the news too, those words are still fresh to me. She went on to say that the judge was strangely kind and empathetic too lol.

Now my life is set. Now I also get some GOOD money from backpay too that I need.

King Belial saved my life and I am not even joking. I would be dead within a few years if I didn’t win this. I am so fucking grateful and full of so much love and gratitude for him I can’t even begin to find the words.

Just for some context: The spirit I’m working with has helped me a lot so far. He accepted my request to help me win my court case for my disability. So far it seems the judge is in my favor and that I’ve won(I won’t know until he sends out a notice telling me the final decision). I’m pretty sure I’ve won, I even did divination asking if I would win and it confirmed twice that I will. I also asked the spirit I’m working with and he told me that I will win. I won’t ramble on about other signs in the judges attitude either, but just know it feels very obvious I have won lol. This spirit even caused an ‘accident’ days after I requested his help and the accident fully worked in my benefit for my case! Which adds up because this Spirit in particular is fond of causing unexpected things to work in people’s favor and those things usually seem like bad luck at first but turned out not to be. I know deep down to my core he is doing exactly what he told me he would do that’s interesting phenomena to witness.

I have a strange (for me, I’m extremely pessimistic) amount of hope and successful feeling about this all too which is VERY rare for me.

I promised this Spirit I was going to return the favor by giving him bountiful offerings of liquor/rum/whiskey, food offerings, and a bunch of art made in his honor(I’m a skilled artist so he’s gonna get some good stuff) as well as public gratitude. I haven’t done many food offerings in the past, even though I’m very experienced in the occult- it’s just something I’ve rarely done and I’ve always left my food offerings outside on a flat rock… I’ve only left them for spirits that reside in the woods and animals getting into wasn’t something those spirits were worried about and in fact they welcomed that specifically. For now all I can afford to offer this spirit is some homemade frankincense/cinnamon/agarwood incense, cold beer sometimes, and cold fresh water. And hot tea.

At the moment I’m poor until I win my case but when I win I’ll get a lot of money and I plan on upgrading my offerings to him when that happens. He will be one of the first priorities I focus on when I win.

When I can afford it I want to leave out food offerings based on what he told me he said he likes: rice, especially yellow/spiced rice, meat, dark/bitter high quality teas, milk, black coffee, fresh various types of bread, pure butter, nuts, ect.

❗️My question is how do you guys leave out offerings on your indoor altars without attracting bugs??? There’s two abandoned houses on either side of me and I know they have bugs and a bunch of mice all in them. Bugs are one of the few things terrify me, I can’t even stand the thought of a roach and gnats getting in my house. ❗️

I was thinking of getting various dishes with clear glass dome coverings, and only leaving fresh food out for three hours every day before removing it. I would start leaving them outside on a stone altar but there’s too many dogs, bears, raccoons, birds, ect all over my backwoods neighborhood and I don’t want animals messing with his offerings specifically… so indoors is all I can do for now.

I’m thinking that if I keep the food covered, and regularly burn high quality frankincense/myrrh/copal/ect on the altar alongside the offerings, that it should be enough to keep any pesky bugs away.

I grow Venus Fly Traps and have been deeply obsessed with them ever since I was a toddler. So my Zanpakuto would be Venus Fly Traps and an exaggerated reflection of everything those plants can do.

My Zanpakuto/Shikai would be called Jigoku No Ago (Jaws of Hell).

My bankai release command would be Jigoku no ago: Don'yokuna akuma (Jaws of Hell: Gluttonous Devil).

In Shikai form my blade explodes into a multitude of savage, massive, Venus fly traps. Each one is an extension of my blade and they can slice and stab using their cilia/teeth and stretch out vast distances. They are unfathomably fast and autonomous. They can spit digestive enzyme that instantly dissolves any object it touches(except for myself).

They automatically shield me from any attack and are ridiculously durable, flexible, and tough. The traps will spread out around me like an open mouth-shield to block attacks. (Important to remember later)

They secrete a clear nectar that releases a scent which entirely masks my spiritual pressure, making me invisible to spiritual detection.

I can enclose myself quickly in one trap and teleport to another trap. I can use this technique from vast distances- planting one fly trap in one location and using it as a gateway to teleport back and forth. This is a method I use for very successful ambush attacks.

If anybody is strong enough to cut the plants, the cut pieces instantly turn into a propagated clone and grows an extra trap/head, sort of like a hydra effect. And this effect is inexhaustible.

If anybody is caught in the trap they are instantly dissolved and absorbed and their energy/Reishi absorbed into me as well.

In order to ‘trigger’ my Bankai to be able to summon it I have to trick my enemy into striking the interior of the traps three times, which i successfully do by casually using them as shields since the enemy will be unaware of how my traps work. Three hits causes the trigger hairs to signal my Bankai to become available.

In Bankai form, the traps manifest much bigger, the size of buildings and are solid red (like the Akai Ryu cultivar) instead of green with red trap interiors. And the area around us is surrounded by an inescapable iridescent swirling misty haze which emits from the traps; which are all drooling a now iridescent nectar. The nectar or the mist that emits from the nectar causes an inescapable intoxicating effect on the enemy. This places them in a sickly drunken stupor and allows me to manifest hallucinations in the enemy as well- in other words the opponent is tripping balls. Everything the opponent sees turns into psychedelic colors as well. I often use this method to make the opponent simply walk into one of the traps to be instantly consumed. But if an extremely powerful opponent is able to withstand the hallucinations somehow, they would still have to fight all of the massive fly traps off all at once along with my own attacks.

The traps can individually blast massive colorful energy beams/orbs from their traps using up energy stored from past victims/enemies. Similar to kido blasts or cero.

My final and most secret technique would be regeneration through my fly traps, an ability of my Bankai that I keep entirely secret even from my own comrades and loved ones. If I am harmed or injured to any degree then one of the fly traps will appear to ‘gobble’ me up and ensnare me and retreat. But what is actually happening is a mix of the nectar and digestive enzyme within said fly trap turns into a serum that quickly regenerates me and replenishes my strength.

Some weaknesses of this Zanpakuto are:

If I have to use my Fly traps to regenerate myself it exhausts my Bankai. The Bankai spirit is finicky and will not allow itself to be manifested again for three months. My current training would be focusing on overcoming this specific drawback so that I can call upon my Bankai as many times as I want.

Once I teleport from a trap, both the trap I used to teleport from and the trap I teleported to will wither once I exit it. This can be compensated by the fact that I can cut another trap to propagate more to replace the ones lost.

If an enemy survives an encounter with my bankai they would have been exposed to my hypnotic nectar. Pre-exposure to the nectar can sometimes cause a slight immunity to its effects, it is a 50/50 chance of immunity.

If the digestive enzymes get on me or splatter on me during battle it won’t dissolve my body but it WILL dissolve my clothes and embarrass me and force me to fight nude. This makes me careful about how much I allow my traps to spit acid/enzyme.

My Zanpakuto spirit gets angry and throws prolonged tantrums when I eat vegetables. These tantrums can manifest even amidst battle. The only way to alleviate these tantrums is by feeding a hollow to my Zanpakuto.

The nectar fumes/mist will also negatively impact anyone else within the vicinity whether friend or foe and my bankai would be more than willing to devour innocent comrades as well, making me not able to summon this bankai when battling alongside comrades.

Go on and comment your elaborate Zanpakuto. ✨✨✨And include at least one weakness of that Zanpakuto.

I’m a well seasoned practitioner. But one type of magick I am not very familiar with or experienced in is legal/court spells. I will try not to ramble, I apologize if I do …

Just for context and a little background- I am appealing a mental disability/SSI case after being wrongfully denied them. I have a legal representative(legal aid) and lot of background info and paper work documenting my mental health record and all that. I need disability to survive, as I cannot work. My PTSD, Severe anxiety, Major depression, bipolar, insomnia/night terrors, and inability to focus or conduct myself properly fully prevents me from getting a job and have prevented me from maintaining the small jobs I’ve had in the past. I suffer immensely due to my mental disabilities and I cannot even drive and I have no friends or family(all of my family are evangelicals that hate me for not being a Christian and I am totally estranged from them, most of my issues are due to extreme abuse and religious trauma due to growing up in a hostile cult) so even basic things in life are a ridiculous struggle. My only hope is getting disability at this point to have any quality of life whatsoever. The only thing that keeps me sane is my spiritual practice and witchcraft to be honest…

I know most court case spells focus on the aspect of ‘justice’ but I’m not sure if the concept of justice applies here as heavily. I’m battling to win disability so that I can have basic income to survive, so it feels more like I need energy more attuned with prosperity?? Or am I wrong?

I am planning to do a simple little ‘win in court spell’. I have galangal(for winning in court and to attract money), deer’s tongue(to be able to say the right things that aid in my favor to help me AND my legal representative to win my case), red fast luck oil and powder(for fast luck and quick results), van van oil and powder(for general good luck and prosperity), and money oil and powder. Most of my spell powders and oils I make myself too, so that feels like a boost in my opinion.

I have a yellow candle and I can use that color to symbolize success but at the same time I’m not
sure if that’s the best color to work work with in my scenario because if I want to win my court case I don’t want to give off the impression I am ‘successful’, if that makes sense? Proof of lack of success in life is one of the main things that would win my case in court.

I have petitioned a spirit (through divination) that has agreed to help me, I have done divination that has basically told me I will win my case but obviously I am still stressed and extremely worried. I just want that extra bit of ‘push’ and luck on my side to help me win what I need…

What other herbs/gems/stones/materials do you other well seasoned practitioners recommend? I have a ton of crystals and a lot of other herbs. I’m thinking about making a little charm bag to wear on myself during the court case too, I may use white cloth because I don’t have brown cloth. Although, green may be more suited. I know color doesn’t ultimately matter; but for me, psychologically, it does and that does affect outcomes in my practices due to my psychology in that regard.

Most court case spells I see focus on winning justice against someone and my court case is more along the lines of winning benefits/income that I need in order to survive. So I feel like a spell I do for this would need to be tweaked for that. I have a purple candle and I have a yellow candle. Those are the only colors I have right now. I also have commanding oil, and maybe that would blend well with a purple candle?

Incense I plan on using is sandalwood-cinnamon-and agarwood incense. I am also going to wear my personal totem symbol for personal empowerment as well, which is suited for this sort of thing since it’s a plant that attracts what it needs/desires and traps it for its own benefit. So I’ll wear my totem during the spell and during the court case as well.

What other suggestions/advice do you have?

My court case is tomorrow around noon so I am doing this tonight. I know that is last minute but I’ve been so stressed and such a wreck that finding time to focus or do anything basic has been such a struggle…. I just need as much of a spiritual push and luck as I can get. I fully trust my capability and any spirits that help me too, I just want to make sure I use everything in my arsenal properly in the context for such spell-work to increase my chances at winning.

Sorry for the length of this post by the way. It is difficult to condense this all down into a short post.

This is extremely embarrassing to ask and explain, and I’ll try to explain it as best as possible. So if my question or my explanation for my situation is laughable or makes anyone angry I apologize… I just ask for kindness in responses.

Just to give a little background on this:
I grew up in an extremist evangelical/southern pentacostal cult that tortured me physically (including SA and murder attempts on me as a child) and other stuff happened to me as a kid and teenager too, all of it done to me for refusing to ever adhere to xtianity. I have CPTSD, severe anxiety disorder, major depression, bipolar, insomnia, ect all diagnosed. I cannot drive due to these issues either, I can’t function well in public society at all due to extreme religious trauma and my mental issues from it. I do have a learning disability too, but that isn’t really documented well, but I want to mention that it affects my ability to work as well as I cannot learn mundane things fast at all especially regarding numbers and technology. For example it took me four months to somewhat learn how to use a cash register at my last job I tried to work at. All I could learn was a few buttons on the screen and how to open and close the register… I’m not looking for pity on here either I’m just explaining all of this so anyone reading it/responding understands why I need mental disability so they don’t make fun of me or think I’m just being stupid. I’ve tried to work ever since I was 19.

I had to resort to pursuing mental disability and I fully qualify. But it’s hard, it’s been a two year struggle in pursuing it and I was already denied my first time and I finally have a court case for it in a few days. I was very lucky to get a lawyer/appointed representative through legal aid. All of the well known and ‘successful’ lawyers around here denied to represent me though. Legal aid was my last resort.

I have well documented things for my mental health and the plethora of psyche meds my nurse practitioner has me on, I regularly have outpatient appointments with a mental health center. My medical history includes various inpatient stays in psychiatric facilities(mostly due to self-annihilation attempts).
I’ve been a ridiculous wreck about this because if I lose my court case then I have no way to really survive. I have no family, no friends, and nobody at all in my life to help me at all. I live alone and my bills are temporarily covered due to luck but that’s a different story. If I lose I will be homeless and pretty much have no life and no way to get around. I thankfully have a ride to my court case…
I know that probably all sounds like an over-explanation and I am so sorry for the length of this post but I just want to explain my situation so people don’t get mad and bully me for asking for advice about this because I have been already on other subreddits and groups and it really messes me up mentally when that happens. I also would like for anyone to refrain from telling me I have no right to practice this stuff(Demonolatry/the occult) due to having trauma and mental illness. Many have told me I shouldn’t practice any of this because of my diagnoses, and then tell me I’m basically too stupid to practice it but I disagree with that- and I’ve had wonderful experiences and success already which proves to me otherwise. So please don’t come at me with that if that’s what you think.

I have practiced Demonolatry since I was 19 (I am 30 now) and it’s the one spiritual practice that has brought me lots of peace and healing, albeit I still struggle with my issues regardless obviously(I understand stuff like this isn’t a cure for things and I want to clarify my understanding of that). I have had my most spiritual experiences with this practice. I’ve had many good results in ritual. I may be mentally unwell, but I do well in this practice. My only issue is I am not very familiar with spiritual practices and spirits/demons that help with legal stuff and court cases. I know these spirits aren’t gonna magically wave a finger and make me win or hand over what I need and want, so please don’t assume that’s what I’m talking about either.

But who here has worked with a demon that helped them with a court case? And which spirit was it? I plan on using divination to see which of may be willing to aid me. And this may sound clichè but I will give anything within my ability as gratitude to whichever spirit helps me. I don’t have much to offer as of now due to being dirt poor, nothing other than my energy or artwork- which I know many spirits love to be gifted and such.

I would use the income that I get if I win my court case to thank and venerate any demon that does help me too, so I want to clarify that I’m not gonna be cheap about my gratitude but I also don’t expect any of them to ask for expensive gifts or whatever- I’m just stating what I am willing to do. Most spirits I’ve worked with care more about the gesture of offerings and the gratitude of it, more than physically expensive/fancy gifts. But even if a demon does want something expensive I would happily rush to repay them with that, and with pure love.

What are y’all’s experience with any demons that helped you win court cases?
Most of the spells/rituals/ect that I’ve done over the years has been self discovery, protection, cursing abusers, and empowering any spiritual gifts I have. And all of those came with great success and demons gave me great confirmation that they were listening and present.
But I am admittedly a little lost in regards to which spirits would be best to work with to aid me in my court case. I want to approach this as respectfully and properly as possible so I’m just looking for advice, I fully understand this is a nuanced thing and that nobody can literally tell me which demon is best for this because experiences vary.

If pursuing disability to survive is offensive to anyone here or seems pathetic to use this practice for I do apologize, but I am truly desperate. I don’t want to be belittled or bullied for asking this(like I already have been in other subreddits).
