What are some herbs//ingredients for my specific court case spell that you suggest?

I’m a well seasoned practitioner. But one type of magick I am not very familiar with or experienced in is legal/court spells. I will try not to ramble, I apologize if I do …

Just for context and a little background- I am appealing a mental disability/SSI case after being wrongfully denied them. I have a legal representative(legal aid) and lot of background info and paper work documenting my mental health record and all that. I need disability to survive, as I cannot work. My PTSD, Severe anxiety, Major depression, bipolar, insomnia/night terrors, and inability to focus or conduct myself properly fully prevents me from getting a job and have prevented me from maintaining the small jobs I’ve had in the past. I suffer immensely due to my mental disabilities and I cannot even drive and I have no friends or family(all of my family are evangelicals that hate me for not being a Christian and I am totally estranged from them, most of my issues are due to extreme abuse and religious trauma due to growing up in a hostile cult) so even basic things in life are a ridiculous struggle. My only hope is getting disability at this point to have any quality of life whatsoever. The only thing that keeps me sane is my spiritual practice and witchcraft to be honest…

I know most court case spells focus on the aspect of ‘justice’ but I’m not sure if the concept of justice applies here as heavily. I’m battling to win disability so that I can have basic income to survive, so it feels more like I need energy more attuned with prosperity?? Or am I wrong?

I am planning to do a simple little ‘win in court spell’. I have galangal(for winning in court and to attract money), deer’s tongue(to be able to say the right things that aid in my favor to help me AND my legal representative to win my case), red fast luck oil and powder(for fast luck and quick results), van van oil and powder(for general good luck and prosperity), and money oil and powder. Most of my spell powders and oils I make myself too, so that feels like a boost in my opinion.

I have a yellow candle and I can use that color to symbolize success but at the same time I’m not
sure if that’s the best color to work work with in my scenario because if I want to win my court case I don’t want to give off the impression I am ‘successful’, if that makes sense? Proof of lack of success in life is one of the main things that would win my case in court.

I have petitioned a spirit (through divination) that has agreed to help me, I have done divination that has basically told me I will win my case but obviously I am still stressed and extremely worried. I just want that extra bit of ‘push’ and luck on my side to help me win what I need…

What other herbs/gems/stones/materials do you other well seasoned practitioners recommend? I have a ton of crystals and a lot of other herbs. I’m thinking about making a little charm bag to wear on myself during the court case too, I may use white cloth because I don’t have brown cloth. Although, green may be more suited. I know color doesn’t ultimately matter; but for me, psychologically, it does and that does affect outcomes in my practices due to my psychology in that regard.

Most court case spells I see focus on winning justice against someone and my court case is more along the lines of winning benefits/income that I need in order to survive. So I feel like a spell I do for this would need to be tweaked for that. I have a purple candle and I have a yellow candle. Those are the only colors I have right now. I also have commanding oil, and maybe that would blend well with a purple candle?

Incense I plan on using is sandalwood-cinnamon-and agarwood incense. I am also going to wear my personal totem symbol for personal empowerment as well, which is suited for this sort of thing since it’s a plant that attracts what it needs/desires and traps it for its own benefit. So I’ll wear my totem during the spell and during the court case as well.

What other suggestions/advice do you have?

My court case is tomorrow around noon so I am doing this tonight. I know that is last minute but I’ve been so stressed and such a wreck that finding time to focus or do anything basic has been such a struggle…. I just need as much of a spiritual push and luck as I can get. I fully trust my capability and any spirits that help me too, I just want to make sure I use everything in my arsenal properly in the context for such spell-work to increase my chances at winning.

Has anyone had good experiences with demons helping them win court cases?

This is extremely embarrassing to ask and explain, and I’ll try to explain it as best as possible. So if my question or my explanation for my situation is laughable or makes anyone angry I apologize… I just ask for kindness in responses.

Just to give a little background on this:
I grew up in an extremist evangelical/southern pentacostal cult that tortured me physically (including SA and murder attempts on me as a child) and other stuff happened to me as a kid and teenager too, all of it done to me for refusing to ever adhere to xtianity. I have CPTSD, severe anxiety disorder, major depression, bipolar, insomnia, ect all diagnosed. I cannot drive due to these issues either, I can’t function well in public society at all due to extreme religious trauma and my mental issues from it. I do have a learning disability too, but that isn’t really documented well, but I want to mention that it affects my ability to work as well as I cannot learn mundane things fast at all especially regarding numbers and technology. For example it took me four months to somewhat learn how to use a cash register at my last job I tried to work at. All I could learn was a few buttons on the screen and how to open and close the register… I’m not looking for pity on here either I’m just explaining all of this so anyone reading it/responding understands why I need mental disability so they don’t make fun of me or think I’m just being stupid. I’ve tried to work ever since I was 19.

I had to resort to pursuing mental disability and I fully qualify. But it’s hard, it’s been a two year struggle in pursuing it and I was already denied my first time and I finally have a court case for it in a few days. I was very lucky to get a lawyer/appointed representative through legal aid. All of the well known and ‘successful’ lawyers around here denied to represent me though. Legal aid was my last resort.

I have well documented things for my mental health and the plethora of psyche meds my nurse practitioner has me on, I regularly have outpatient appointments with a mental health center. My medical history includes various inpatient stays in psychiatric facilities(mostly due to self-annihilation attempts).
I’ve been a ridiculous wreck about this because if I lose my court case then I have no way to really survive. I have no family, no friends, and nobody at all in my life to help me at all. I live alone and my bills are temporarily covered due to luck but that’s a different story. If I lose I will be homeless and pretty much have no life and no way to get around. I thankfully have a ride to my court case…
I know that probably all sounds like an over-explanation and I am so sorry for the length of this post but I just want to explain my situation so people don’t get mad and bully me for asking for advice about this because I have been already on other subreddits and groups and it really messes me up mentally when that happens. I also would like for anyone to refrain from telling me I have no right to practice this stuff(Demonolatry/the occult) due to having trauma and mental illness. Many have told me I shouldn’t practice any of this because of my diagnoses, and then tell me I’m basically too stupid to practice it but I disagree with that- and I’ve had wonderful experiences and success already which proves to me otherwise. So please don’t come at me with that if that’s what you think.

I have practiced Demonolatry since I was 19 (I am 30 now) and it’s the one spiritual practice that has brought me lots of peace and healing, albeit I still struggle with my issues regardless obviously(I understand stuff like this isn’t a cure for things and I want to clarify my understanding of that). I have had my most spiritual experiences with this practice. I’ve had many good results in ritual. I may be mentally unwell, but I do well in this practice. My only issue is I am not very familiar with spiritual practices and spirits/demons that help with legal stuff and court cases. I know these spirits aren’t gonna magically wave a finger and make me win or hand over what I need and want, so please don’t assume that’s what I’m talking about either.

But who here has worked with a demon that helped them with a court case? And which spirit was it? I plan on using divination to see which of may be willing to aid me. And this may sound clichè but I will give anything within my ability as gratitude to whichever spirit helps me. I don’t have much to offer as of now due to being dirt poor, nothing other than my energy or artwork- which I know many spirits love to be gifted and such.

I would use the income that I get if I win my court case to thank and venerate any demon that does help me too, so I want to clarify that I’m not gonna be cheap about my gratitude but I also don’t expect any of them to ask for expensive gifts or whatever- I’m just stating what I am willing to do. Most spirits I’ve worked with care more about the gesture of offerings and the gratitude of it, more than physically expensive/fancy gifts. But even if a demon does want something expensive I would happily rush to repay them with that, and with pure love.

What are y’all’s experience with any demons that helped you win court cases?
Most of the spells/rituals/ect that I’ve done over the years has been self discovery, protection, cursing abusers, and empowering any spiritual gifts I have. And all of those came with great success and demons gave me great confirmation that they were listening and present.
But I am admittedly a little lost in regards to which spirits would be best to work with to aid me in my court case. I want to approach this as respectfully and properly as possible so I’m just looking for advice, I fully understand this is a nuanced thing and that nobody can literally tell me which demon is best for this because experiences vary.

If pursuing disability to survive is offensive to anyone here or seems pathetic to use this practice for I do apologize, but I am truly desperate. I don’t want to be belittled or bullied for asking this(like I already have been in other subreddits).

In the story it is a hive-mind species of extremely hostile carnivorous plants. Completely sentient.
Extremely hard to kill and resistant to most things lethal to normal life forms.
It is actually the physical manifestation of a predatory inter-dimensional entity, with no known origin of how it was able to manifest physically in our dimension.
This species produces a viscous nectar that has mind control properties that a government research program is attempting to engineer into a bioweapon. The nectar can induce euphoria and hallucinations.
The Yellow Queen Spinewort also has very unique telekinetic abilities, but that would take too long to explain so I’ll just leave it at that. There is wayyy more lore behind my fictional species but I don’t want to bore you at this point lol.
The story will center around a botanist that begins to form a symbiotic relationship with the Yellow Queen Spiderwort after getting addicted to the nectar while researching it for a secret government research and development program.
The 3D model is made from a wire base, aluminum foil, and polymer clay.

Edit* this is a long post and is just for fun. I’m not demanding anyone read it. You don’t have to read it all. If anyone sees the length of the lore I added to this post and gets upset or wants to begin patronizing, then I deeply apologize for annoying you by making this post. If this post upsets you and makes you hateful then all I ask is for you to ignore it and go on your way. Nobody is forcing you to read it or interact with this post.

I am working on a one-shot comic about a monstrous carnivorous plant/Venus fly trap-like species of unknown origin and I decided to sculpt it for a 3D reference. I call it the Yellow Queen Spinewort. I’m just wanting to show off how cute she is, this is NOT any sort of advertisement lol. This is just for fun and imagination and for the entertainment of my fellow Venus fly trap growers. There’s not enough media/stories about Venus fly traps or carnivorous plants imo. And the ones that do exist rarely go into much lore about the predatory plant the story is centered around.

For anyone interested in any random details about some of the lore behind this fictional species in the story:

*It is a plant species with complete sentience and a hive-mind.

*It can potentially grow to indefinite size, but the plant prefers to grow no bigger than 20 feet in height and the ‘head’ of the plant at that size is large enough to contain about 3-4 people at once. Smaller specimens are preferable for contained research.

*They can grow pretty much in any soil since the nectar they secrete/drool acts as an advanced ‘soil amendment’ that ‘pushes out’ any nutrients or minerals in any substrate/soil they root in. They have telekinetic control over the nectar so they can use their mind to spread it through the ground and literally wash away minerals and nutrients, and the nectar is fairly acidic for this purpose. The nectar also releases a fume that will smell different to various creatures and people based on what the prey loves to smell the most, and it has slightly euphoric/aphrodisiac effects when inhaled- all to lower the guard of the prey. If the nectar is consumed or makes physical contact with skin, it causes various hallucinations and it allows the mind of the plant to infiltrate the mind of the prey/victim. Victims that have survived contact report various voices luring them closer and hallucinations based on their memories being used to manipulate them. The plant can literally spit the nectar onto its prey from long distances. The mind control effects of the nectar is so powerful, and the plant itself is so intelligent, that it can calculatively manipulate a person(or multiple people) into luring other animals or people to the plant. The nectar is the most important part of its classified research. The nectar is also highly addictive.

*Sensory leaves: the large, colorful leaves that grow from the base of the stem are loaded with hyper-sensitive sensory glands that detect all movement within a mile radius around the plant. These leaves can also move and have extremely powerful strength- able to crush people or ‘fling’ them up/around. If the plants’ environment becomes unsafe for the plant, it can use its leaves as mobile appendages and uproot itself. The plant will uproot itself and then stand up using its leaves and literally walk similar to a spider until it finds an environment safe enough for it to dig its roots into. It will then dig its roots into its new environment and leak out its nectar to quickly condition the soil/substrate it has made its new home in. The plant can do this indefinitely.

*The plant will quickly propagate itself if any part of the plant is somehow separated from it. No matter how small the separated piece is. The plant can separate pieces of itself at will.

*The plant is ridiculously flexible but also insanely durable. Although the plant can separate pieces of itself, no power tools or weapons can cut it. Its strength and durability is somewhat similar to how proteus metal works. Interlocking ‘fibers’ that make up the plant’s structure will vibrate at a rate that makes it nearly impossible for sharp objects and tools to cut through it or crush it. This vibration tactic also prevents the plant from freezing in extremely cold temperatures, liquid nitrogen barely has an effect on it. The stem can bend in any direction and the ‘head’ of the plant can unhinge its jaws extremely wide. The head/trap is also surprisingly bouncy due to its flexibility and durability. The plant is known to be able to bash its head around like a wrecking ball which is strong enough to crush large stones and demolish trees. The cilia/teeth lining the jaws of the plant are like long flexible spears that not only interlock to help contain prey, but can be used to slash and impale prey and threats.

*Fire-proof: every part of the plant is coated with a dry, unnoticeable, clear ‘waxy’ substance that makes the plant fire-proof and heat resistant. This waxy coating also intensifies the bright colors all over the plant which is believed to be another method of luring prey.

*The enzyme it secretes to digest prey will rapidly dissolve flesh and bone within moments. This enzyme is so powerful it will deteriorate metals and synthetic materials as well, albeit a little slower than it does flesh and bone. The plant can ‘spit’ its enzyme out in copious amounts towards anything it senses as a threat. The fumes from this enzyme burn the nostrils and eyes and throats of enemies/prey like tear gas.

*Sentience: the plant is completely self aware. The plant prefers to induce adrenaline production in its prey once it has the prey in its jaws. This is done in an extremely intelligent and calculative way- putting the prey into a hallucination/delusion that is pleasant at first, through contact with the nectar. But when the prey is caught in the jaws of the plant, the plant telepathically causes the prey to begin hallucinating horrific things and it also enhances pain sensory in the prey. This causes the prey to panic and release excess adrenaline, and the intensified pain as the prey quickly digests also further enhances adrenaline production. This means the plant doesn’t also feed on flesh, but also pain and fear. (Another interesting note is that a person can consume the nectar to communicate with the plant telepathically. As mentioned before, the plant will manifest voices in the mind of some people and manipulate them into luring more prey to it with its mind control tactics.)

*The nectar can be harvested and carefully engineered into an advanced bio-weapon/drug that causes a target to hallucinate and be mind-controlled. This has been effectively tested by the government on civilians by manipulating the mind of civilians to hallucinate various things and lead them to do things such as acts of terrorism. A side effect of this engineered drug is the target will become extremely suicidal and insane once the effects of the drug is worn off. If the target becomes aware that they are under the influence of this drug then it is possible(although unlikely) they can resist manipulation, although they will be tormented by their hallucinations and delusions regardless.

*In the story the ongoing theory created by researchers is that the Yellow Queen Spinewort is the physical manifestation of an inter-dimensional entity, which somewhat explains how all of the Spinewort plants share a fully sentient and intelligent hive mind and telepathic and telekinetic abilities.

*After years of research on a contained specimen, many researchers have concluded that any person/creature that has been consumed by this plant is not only physically consumed- but that the mind of the victim is also assimilated into the plant(or into the inter-dimensional mind theorized to be the source of the plant’s existence). Many people who have come into contact with the nectar under controlled research settings have reported hearing the wailing, panicked cries of documented victims devoured by the plant. These cries frequently have been heard to specifically say they are stuck in what they describe as ‘Hell.’ This leads researchers to theorize the possibility that once the plant consumes and kills a person or creature that the victim’s mind will be stuck in a state of agony. This phenomena somewhat adds credit to the theory that the plant is the physical manifestation of an inter-dimensional predatory entity. This theory is nicknamed the ‘Naraka Spinewort Theory.’ Also nicknamed the NST Phenomena’.

*The only known methods of killing a specimen is a nuclear bomb or prolonged exposure to extreme radiation levels. However, if the plant is removed/escapes from radiation exposure it has the ability to recover from the exposure and will begin to propagate itself anew. This phenomenal ability is also the focus of more research regarding methods of overcoming the effects of radiation.
