Hi, so I dropped down to the weight that I originally wanted to get at (this is the weight I was at when I would have considered myself the most healthy and in shape) this was done because of not eating because of medication. That being said my life is a bit different now where I work the night shift and am usually awake at night. So pretty much going to a gym is off the table because I dont live anywhere near a 24 hour gym. I do have some weights and a workout mat. that being said I wont run outside because of this insane heatwave where its still 90F+ at midnight that being said whats the best strategy for this in the next 3 weeks?

I feel like this may have been asked across every economic philosophical sub already but as someone who would consider themselves as a Marxist I am struggling to understand AIs roll in capitalism. You the company owner are slashing one of your biggest cuts to your profit (the workers salary) but in return you are creating an environment where you are manufacturing a service or product in a world where human workers are now far fewer. Now who are you going to sell your services or products to? It seems like its a very weird way of destroying the bottom and some how believing the top of the economic pyramid will not also take damage.

Edit: I used a commenters comment (it was pumpeds comment) to explain to another person. Someone else joined the conversation saying there are multiple areas of Wage Labor and Capital, Das Kapital, and in Value Price and Profits that states that the Bourgeois doesn't need every proletariat to exist, it only needs the class system to exist. while a very interesting statement that would definitely help describe of what I'm asking I cant find it. does anyone have a page to where I can find statements of the capital owners only needing the class to exist and not all the workers
