So i just got a new Ryzen 7 5800X3D and i want to undervolt it, my MOBO is MSI B450 Tomahawk Max. I have seen few tutorial vids on youtube but i am not sure which guide to follow. Can anybody here guide how to do it in my BIOS please ? Right now i am using the CPU with Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 cooler, while iddle, the temps never reach above 40, but when gaming, especially CS2 with capped fps at 300, the temps reach to 89 which i dont find nice at all. I applied the Thermalright TF7 paste that comes with the CPU cooler tho.

I have tried some ''tweaks'' with some guide with process lasso, like setting CPU to not use Core 0 , setting CPU priority to High and such. I noticed the first few days some improvements with the fps, game feels little bit better, but after Animgraph2 was launched officially, none of those ''tweaks'' helps me anymore. Any recommendation to set process lasso properly ?

My specs : Ryzen 5 3600, GTX 1660 super, DDR4 16GB ram, Windows 11.
