Minimal mid-week hair maintenance routine and reviews and my hair:

Guyss soo I'm a really longgg hair girlieee 🧿🧿🧿.. and I need to maintain my lengths.. for that I do two routines:

  1. Wash day routine

  2. Mid week maintenance routine (on day 3 after washing my hair usually). This routine makes u loose a bit of volume🫠.. but detangling becomes easy and split ends will be really really less.

The mid week routine includes last time applying scalp serums and leave in conditioners. I do this to prevent my mid length to ends from getting dry and tangled. My fav leave in's are from palmers. The quality is unmatched. I reviewed them here multiple times. I lost count of how many I used. I use them twice a week. Right after washing my hair and later to detangle.

I wash my hair once in every 5 days(it's impossible for me to do it once in 2-3 daysss😭). I workout atleast 5 times a week too.. so I just make sure my recovery days coincide with fresh hair days to enjoy volume in my hair(a tip for long hair girlies)..

Scalp serums: I just use smg that doesn't irritate my scalp. I used pilgrim for long time and tbh hair growth for me has always been good.. so idk about how great these serums are , but they hydrate my scalp.

Odid: it's not a great detangling spray or leave in treatment but smellsss soo soo goodddd.. I lovee the rose scent it has. I love rose in general but thisss like a pretty and clean girly scent💖💖.. love it. As a leave it's not a goated as palmers but I loveee if my hair smells good😅. So I use it occasionsionally..

Plum scalp serum: used it twice.. light weight and non sticky.. will update after 2 months.

Palmers coconut leave in vs olive leave in: both are good.. but go for coconut if u prefer light weight leave in's and olive one is thicker and weighs your hair down.. I'm okayy using it coz I know I can't have volume in hair after day 3🫠🫠..

I posted my full wash day routine(pre wash routine , wash routine, post wash care)..but had to delete due to creepy dm's🫠🫠.

Comparison between my beloved Bioderma atoderm intensive baume and La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+(1 month update) : 💖💖

I used LRP cicaplast for almost 5 nights a week for 1 month.. before that I was a loyal bioderma girlie for almost 3 years.. I never replaced it with anything.

Skin type: combination to dry skin.. acne prone(now mostly scars but occasionsional breakouts around my periods).

How did I use: So I saw some videos online showing that this is not supposed to be applied on active acne. So I waited till my breakouts are calmed down and then use it. It did give me that glow next morningg🥹🥹💖.. also a little goes a long way and you need just a thin layer. I apply it after a light weight moisturizer or isntree green tea emulsion.

Cicaplast vs bioderma:

Texture: cicaplast is thicker but much lighter than bioderma on application. I saw myself reaching out for cicaplast more because of how comfortable it is. Bioderma in summers or even rainy season makes me sweat .

Healing: Cicaplast has panthenol and madecassoside so it's more calming and soothing.

Results: Saw better results with cicaplast in terms of barrier repair. But idk I feel wierd to not buy my bioderma babyy.. it feels like cheating on her( we had a longg journey together)😭😭😭.

Cicaplast on lips: saw some vdos of people using it on the lips.. tried that too but I have tried some really good lipbalms.. so I give it a 5/10(I like thick lip sleeping masks that plump my lips😅).

I'm buying cicaplast again for now💖

I tried all three sunscreens from TOCOBO and here's my review and ranking💖💖💖..

RANKING FRON BEST TO WORST:

  1. Tocobo Bio watery suncream : lightest of all.. easy to reapply, blends like a dream and best texture ever. It's actually much lighter than beauty of joseon aqua sunscreen. Love it the most. Will upgrade to bigger size after I finish my current ones

  2. Tocobo cica calming sunserum: it's a bit more creamier than the bio watery one. It's supposed to correct redness with the slight green tint it has but I didn't see any color correction on my skin. It's decent but I'll buy bio watery one if I have to.

  3. Tocobo vita tone up sunscreen: this is a disaster.. I'm maybelline fit 128 and it kinda brightens my skin after 10-20 mins but texture is a nightmare. It pills even though is use 2 finger rule 🥲🥲🥲.. hate ittt. I tried without moisturizer underneath, setting with powder and what not.. but it's better than innisfree tone up sunscreens but tbh not worth the drama. Will never repurchase.

All three are chemical sunscreens with modern filters.

Attached textures tooo.. 1st the bio watery one and same order as rankinggg💖..

I'll soon boj too..🥰💖

Girliess.. I achieved my 2026 glowup🥺💖💖💖💖... some things that worked for me

Girlies I think I achieved my dream glowup finally.. from acne, hairfall and weight. Here are few small but extremely effective things that worked..

To begin with I didn't have perfect pintresty look in my mind. I just want to be in my bmi weight and have a healthy diet, clear skin( I made peace that acne marks will take time to fade with just topical skincare), weight control , good scalp health. Also I'm short around 5 feet so just 3kg weight loss also makes significant difference for mee

I still don't have glass skin, have some acne marks, not fully toned and still some room for improvement. And I'm really okay with thattt

Things that worked well for me:

  1. Healthy snacking: this is so so underrated. In hostel I used to not have energy or motivation to work on it so I used to eat a lot packaged food or icecream or just order some food(almost all the time junk).

Now I try to eat a fruit bowl with whatever seasonal fruits and almond butter or pumpkin seed butter or sesame seed butter or any butter. I still like myself a lil chubby so I do I eat surplus.

  1. Last meal before 8pm and it's always low glycemic index foods like millet based foods and I try to not have any dessert after dinner because sugar spikes effect quality of sleep. i drink any unsweetened tea chamomile or chamomile with a blend of others. This is a really helpful because I get uninterrupted 7-8 hrs of sleep.

  1. Protein: I never tried whey fearing my acne so I take plant protein isolate, eggs and I eat meat too.. I will try yeast protein soon and write a comparison but plant protein never triggered my acne.

  1. Hydration: I drink coconut water as frequently as I could and drink 4 liters minimum everyday. I stopped soft drinks 6 months ago. I just had maybe 3 small ones in entire 2026😅.

  1. Body lotions and bodycare: when I lost weight I lost a lot of fat from my tummy area and I noticed some stretch marks.. After moisturizing regularly I saw a really good difference. Any lotion works but just be consistent.. I still didn't have any marks thanks to regular moisturizing.

  1. Haircare : saw so many people still asking for remedies here so once again if you have any abnormal hairfall go to a dermatologist.. NO SHAMPOO, WATERS, OILS, CONDITIONERS OR HAIRMASKS WILL SOLVE IT..

So always go to a reliable doc and it solved my problems.

My future goals:

  1. I'm working on some kp on legs and still figuring out a routine.. I'm close to finding one.. rn consistently using the odinary glycolic acid.

  2. In the process of figuring out mental health too.. I feel like I need a lot of improvement here😅..

Basic summer fit.. pants are super comfyyy💖💖

I'm adding a comment explaining fit here.. linen pants are from h&m and tank top is from savana. It's a basic and no Brainerd comfy combo for summers.. also guess pants are a bit loose but too good

Had few stressful weeks and somehow I managed well.. here's a tiny gift from me to me..💖💖💖..(and a mini review of FE)

I love forest essentials but price is always smggg I would never justifyy.. and sad part is for the travel sizes despite the cost they don't even come with a box and oil doesn't even have a stopper just like mini facewash.. I hate it..like we buy travel sizes to travel right?? If even a lid is a bit loose it'll be a catastrophe.. The holes are that big(for everything)and no stopper🥲🤧🫠🫠🫠...

I loved the ch perfumes and Paco Rabanne in the first sniff but never wore it outside so can't comment on longevity..

Nargis: NO MATTER WHAT U DOO I'M NOT STAYINGGG MORE THAN 20 MIN🥲🤧🫠😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭.. buy good bbw instead.. you'll get 3 minis during sales for this price😪

Op first ever nail art post( I do my own nails🥰🥰🥰..

Also for all the 100+ creepy dms I got few answers here: 1. Nen evarki skincare routines suggest cheyanu dms lo.. coz it's a long and tedious process(skincare chala subjective, naku oka 30 min padtade chpadabki)

  1. Nen reddit chusi evarni date cheyyanuu.. so don't tryyy...

Also how is it.. nails are natural. And nail paints are regular ones from lakme and nykaa
