Is a "Splice onto Arcane" themed deck viable? Has anyone tried it out?

As title says, Im wondering if a deck focused on the Arcane spells mechanic may be viable or not. I took a quick look at the EDH legal arcane spells and... well, most of them are powercrept out of viability in my opinion, but I still feel like "Splice onto arcane" is such a cool mechanic that I wanna know if anyone was succesful at making it work in a commander deck.

Looking for a controller for both PC and Switch, comfortable for big hands

Hello there.

I'm looking for a controller, hopefully under 60€ (Spain). I would be using it for PC mainly (steam), and maybe for my Switch OLED too.

In terms of features, I would need the controller to be comfortable for people with big hands, and I would love to have at least a back paddle/button in each side.

I would be playing mainly games that you can play laying in your bed: Blasphemous, God of War, Hades, Darkest Dungeon... I don't plan on playing FPS games, and, if I did, I would probably only play stuff like Helldivers 2, and not something like Delta Force, so there's no need for being actually good hahaha. I'm much more used to K&M.

I have been using the EasySMX 9124 for a few years, which I can use on switch too, but it's starting to be problematic because today I began playing Blasphemous and the controller just won't respond well, making no response when I try to attack with R1 or jump with B.

I must say that two controllers have catched my eye: the EasySMX X20 and the EasySMX X15. I would love to hear opinions between those two.

Just trying to get this off my chest

I'm a 26-year-old man, and I've been with my girlfriend for almost seven years. Absolutely nobody would think I'm anything other than straight (tall, strong, the kind of guy with a hairy chest and a nice beard that comes up in google when you search "straight man").

However, over the last year to year and a half, I've started realizing that I'm probably not just straight. I've met some gay guys around my age whom I've found genuinely attractive. But because I have my partner—who I love more than anything and who I truly believe is the love of my life—and because I have no intention of ever ending our relationship, I know that the possibility of me being bisexual will probably remain an unanswered question forever. It'll quite literally stay in the closet (It's funny, because I've heard that expression my whole life, but only now do I understand what it actually feels like).

This is the first time I've ever expressed this externally. I haven't told anyone within my "circle", and I've never even verbalized it before. Honestly, it frustrates me a lot because, on one hand, I feel like it's "nothing important", or that it's just some kind of need for attention, and that giving it more importance or sharing it with people in my circle could make my partner uncomfortable and might even be harmful to our relationship. Especially considering that it would be pointless anyway, since I don't want anything about our relationship to change.

On the other hand, I feel like I'm suppressing a part of myself, and unlike my usual reaction to feelings like frustration, what I feel is closer to sadness than it is to being upset, because I don't even feel like I have the right to consider myself bisexual but, at the same time, holding this in myself feels like something "unfinished", rumiating in the back of my mind from now and then that genuinely makes me go slightly numb and gloomy.

Just hoping writing this down and sharing it with complete strangers will help, somehow.

Going to sleep now with my head slightly lighter.

Is it legal to have two different accounts as the same person?

Just wondering if I can have two PCs with different accounts running the game while both steam accounts are mine.

I always use my desktop PC, but I also have a laptop I hardly use and I would love to have two different accounts for this games because I kinda miss the beginning of the game but I do not wanna lose my progress hahaha

OFFICIAL NEWS -

The devs have just published a new post in steam, this are the main changes:

They will process the key game data on their own servers, and in June 15 they will reopen the steam market, but they will limit the number of items we can list to 4, with a CD of 8 hours, so, at best, you will only be able to sell 12 items per day.

They also know about the bugged chests, and it will also be fixed in June 15.

Here is the full announcement, copy-pasted from the Steam post:

Hello,

This is the <TBH: Task Bar Hero> development team.

Due to the current server overload, many of you have been unable to play the game properly.

We sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience this has caused.

To fundamentally resolve this issue, we are currently making changes so that key game data can be processed on our own server.

The scheduled date and time for this update has now been confirmed, and we would like to share it with you in advance.

[Update Schedule]

■ June 15, 2026 (Mon)

· 00:00 PDT (San Francisco)

· 16:00 KST (Seoul)

· 08:00 BST (London)

[Steam Market – Reopening Schedule]

■ After the June 15 update, we will announce the reopening schedule again as soon as the server has stabilized.

■ Upcoming changes to the Steam Market

· In the past, unlimited item listings on the Steam Market led to various side effects.

· Accordingly, the number of items that can be listed will be limited as follows: (4 slots provided; new item listing interval changed to 8 hours per slot)

[Known Bugs]

■ Discrepancy between the number of Chests you own and the number actually displayed

· This bug is presumed to stem from temporary measures taken due to server overload, and it will be fixed together with the June 15 update.

■ Abnormally generated items

· During the update, items will be cross-checked against the registration information of Steam items, and any item identified as abnormally generated will be deleted.

[Terms of Service Update]

■ As the game's structure changes to a server-based model, the amount of information we collect will increase.

■ Accordingly, the Terms of Service will be updated to include the relevant details. Please refer to the Terms for more information. [Terms Link]

[Strengthened Verification Process for Users of Unauthorized Programs]

■ As the game's structure changes to a server-based model, additional data will be introduced to help identify users of unauthorized programs.

[Adjustment of the Minimum Chest Acquisition Request Interval (As Needed)]

■ As the number of concurrent users continues to grow, server response delays have been occurring, resulting in reports of delayed Chest generation and items or currency disappearing.

■ To reduce these server response delays, the "minimum Chest acquisition request interval" may be adjusted several times before the update.

■ After the update, we will gradually restore it to normal while monitoring the server situation.

We will do our best to complete this update as quickly as possible so that you can once again enjoy a smooth gameplay experience. We sincerely apologize once more for the inconvenience.

Thank you.

From the <TBH: Task Bar Hero> Development Team.

When are they opening back the Trade Ship?

i there, just wondering if any official source has said anything about it. I've been waiting all day to put a couple items to sell in the market.

Whenever I click the Steam Tradeship (the top left icon) I get a message saying that "Due to a server issue, the Trade Ship is temporarily closed. We apologize for the inconvenience".

So, are there any news about when will we be able to put stuff to sale?

Is Hunter worth it? - Having trouble with Ranger

Hello there.

Two things I wanna ask:

First, is the Hunter or the Slayer hero worth buying?

Second: I had been struggling with the Act 1 boss in Nightmare mode, and I decided to check the damage and survivability of each of my heroes, and I found out that my Ranger does absolute dog-shit damage compared to my Sorcerer, am I doing something wrong?

My ranger is level 33, she has the Dusk Bow (Legendary) and this skill points distribution:

Attack Damage Enhancement, Attack Speed Enhancement, Critical Chance Enhancement, Critical Damage Enhancement, Rapid Fire and Arrow Rain all maxed, and one point on Projectile Damage Enhancement, which is the one Im leveling now.

Best skills for each hero?

Hi there!

Im kinda new, 2 days in, and Im having a bit of trouble in the 3-6 (my heroes are level 28), and Im not sure if Im buiding my heroes as good as I could.

I was using Knight, Priest and Sorcerer, but i changed Knight for Ranger (which is curently level 20 only, trying to get her up with the others) and I think Im doing better dps I believe, but, I would love to know what skill you are using.

For example, Im using Flameball and Flame Hydra for Sorcerer since I can buff the fire dmg after level 20, and my Priest is running Blessing of Might and Sanctuary, but Im not sure if Heal might be better for her, since she is the only frontliner. For my Ranger, Im using the Rapid Fire and Arrow Rain, but let me know if you think Swift Surge is better than any of the other two.

Thinking of getting into DQ through the Steam sales

Hi there! I remember playing Dragon Quest IX in my nintendo DS when I was a child and loving it, and I just saw that there's 11 DragonQuest games in steam on sales rn, and out of those I saw 5 ones that catched my eye a bit, which are:

  • Dragon Quest VII Reimagined
  • Dragon Quest I&II HD-2D Remake
  • Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake
  • Dragon Quest Treasures
  • Dragon Quest Monsters

So, out of those 5 (technically 6) games, would you recommend me buying anything?

As for context, I come from playing RPG games like BG3, Monster Hunter, TES:V, The Witcher, Dark Souls, Darkest Dungeon, Hades, God of War, ...

So, as you can see, I like RPGs, but Im not too much into JRPGs hahaha, so I will probably enjoy something with a more serious/adultish style, if that exists in this saga.

Looking for a budget corporate-like laptop

Hello there!

I already have a powerful desktop PC, but I’m doing a Master’s in HR and I want to buy a cheap laptop, maybe second-hand, that lets me do Human Resources stuff like using Office 365 and similar programs. I’d like something lightweight and around 14 inches (I have big hands, so I don't wanna go with anything smaller).

I found in a big company here in Europe two laptops that may be good enough, but Im not sure since I've never been into laptops:

HP EliteBook 840 G6 - Intel Core i5-8265U, 16 GB RAM and 256GB SSD. I like that its silver colour, looks like it has more "premium" look, but both the SSD and its ports make me think its older.

DELL E3420 - Intel i5-1145G7, 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD.I like its ports but I dont quite like it being black.

Both of this laptops are listed just under 300€, second hand.

I'll love to read your opinions and suggestions 😄

How to improve performance?

Hi there!

I bought the game today, starting straight into the Evrima version, and after playing for a few hours, I can't get to play over 60fps,and there is a LOT of times that I'm under 20 fps.

I find it quite strange since I have 16GB of RAM and a 3060, I think it should run way better, reaching 200fps even.

So... Is there any common or not so common knowledge on how to improve the performance?
