My last month in BSNL (using from 10 years+)
The network improved sometime ago but it's again the same case as it was before, problems like Sms delay, call not connecting, call cuts, etc. no service sometimes. Sometimes the internet works sometimes it's like there's no recharge.
They are also charging more now and reduced the validity.
I've decided to port to another operator.
(Maybe I can come back if the service improves with 5G launch)
