Gym heart rate fitbit inspire 3 vs forerunner 165

Hi,

got my forerunner 165 recently and wore it first time during my strength workout in the gym. To have a comparison to my fitbit inspire 3, I wore them both.

I noticed a pattern for the heart rate during the workout:

It seemed like Garmin was behind updating the heart rate. For example fitbit rose to 126 while Garmin was still at 100, but shortly after Garmin also got to the same bpm (+/- 1 or 2). Same pattern when the heart rate was sinking, Garmin seemed to be behind.

What confuses me is that in the end both shwowd nearly the same, but fitbit was faster.

Anyone seen a similar pattern? Or any possible explanations.

Need a hand

Buddy of mine jacked up his Glock reassembly. Any ideas on an easy fix? Slide won’t budge.

Update: @small-yak-9551 suggested taping it forward with a rubber mallet. I gently palm smacked it several times and it eventually pushed forward enough to pull the trigger and reset the slide.

Es war Radler: Pech
