When should I refinance my car loan from Exeter?

Hi! I have a 597 Credit Score and I'm steadily raising it. In December of 2024, I bought a used Hyundai Santa Fe with over 100k miles on it and my credit score was in a worse place. I currently am working on paying off my credit card debts and doing pretty well on snowballing them. My question is this - my car loan is through Exeter Finance and I have an outrageous interest rate. I have an account at a credit union. When should I refinance? Should I wait until my scores go up more?

Burping when I wake up

Hi! I started 3 weeks ago, still on 0.25mg shot. Every morning that I wake up the first day to day three after injection, i burp a LOT and I'm really nauseous right when I wake up. Has anyone noticed this? I'm wondering if it's food related but it doesn't seem to change based on what I'm eating.

I do have a CPAP, but we fixed my air pressure a long time ago and I haven't had gas in years from it.

Hi! I just started (Took my first dose on Monday) and am having slight side effects already. Usually nausea after eating and (Most sadly) after drinking my morning coffee. When does the food noise quiet down? There's a part of me that's kind of "Meh" about eating but I can't tell if that's placebo or not. Surely it wouldn't be working already?

I will add that I'm also taking Metformin, which i've been on for about 2 years now. Unsure if that is contributing to this or not.

Hi, I’m a 33 year old female, weighing 361 lbs. I walk 12k steps a day, working out 6 days a week with cardio & light weight lifting, and eat around 1500-1800 calories a day. I also have PCOS and take metformin. I went to the doctor today for restless leg syndrome and a refill of Lexapro and my doctor and I had a discussion about ozempic after telling him that I’ve been working out and doing my pattern for about 9 months now, just to have gained 10 pounds since being in his office last. So he wants me to start ozempic (tech wegovy because my insurance likes it best) with the understanding that I need to keep working out and keeping my habits where they are so that when I’m off of it, I can keep the weight off and stay in shape.

I’m so frustrated. I feel like no matter how hard I try, nothing works. My body doesn’t want to do what it should and it irritates me so much. I want to have kids and right now there’s no way I can do that, much less do it safely. I want to be able to jog, etc. I physically feel the best I have ever because of how I’m treating my body but I want to do this the right way and now I feel like I’m cheating.

TLDR - despite doing everything I am suppose to, my doc wants me on ozempic because I’m not losing. I’m frustrated at it due to how hard I’ve worked.

Looking for encouragement as I continue my journey! I have been lifting weights and have now started adding in more cardio, as well as started counting calories. I take metformin and I'm hoping as I lose, i can get off that.
