How do you get oil to come out of a dry powder mix?
I purchased a powdered mushroom soup/gravy mix a fungi professional at the local farmers market had prepared. It was amazing and the powder released, what looked like olive, oil into the soup. Not a lot, but enough to be super tasty.
Can someone explain the magic behind this?
