These things are at Menards for under 7$
At least by where I'm at.

At least by where I'm at.
Squished a bunch of cotton candy grapes. Couldn't get all of the juice out of them so I ran distilled water through them and boiled off the water (it oxidized like crazy unfortunately). The dark carboy has all of the juice I got from squeezing, the maple syrup carboy has all of it from boiling. Gonna let the natural yeasts work for a day or two before I add K1-V1116. I also added ~.5 cups of sugar to it all. Hopefully it won't taste like stomach acid. Will give an update once I've tasted it.
reading his wikipedia page, everything felt so familiar . . .
Thoughts?
65-67. I know they mean something. I don't know what. Please tell me somebody here knows what they mean. i cant find their messege
Everything I try tells me they're meaningless but I know they're not
Fermented with K1-V1116 for about two weeks. Can oxidation cause this? I didn't leave enough headspace when it started so I had to take off the airlock to clean the foam out.
Some of my hooch does not wanna clear, even after weeks of cold crashing at 32f they're still a little gritty.
it makes me happy
Desmos won't work. The set of points I'm trying to integrate doesn't follow any function I've tried so far. I could do it in Desmos as a piecewise function, but that would take a while.
Add 1.5 cups of sugar. Ferment with EC-1118. After about three weeks, I took off my one way valve and put a cap on it. I left it like that for around 3 days. Shit literally turned into a cylinder lol. After that, I cold crashed. It's not as carbonated as a pop, but still amazing. Hits very quickly.
