Undated monthly 2-3 year planner available in Canada

Hello, I’m looking for recs for an undated monthly-only planner for 2-3 years that’s available in Canada. I’m looking for it to meet the following criteria as well:
-Not spiral bound (I’m left handed)
-hard cover (durable for multiple year use)
-quality/thick paper
-note/free space pages at front or back and/or column beside each month or on opposite page.

No preference for sizing. I’ve looked in to hemlock and oak but I only need monthly and no extra journaling pages between the months.
Thanks so much!

Camosun Foundation bursaries application

Hello, I’m going to apply for the Camosun foundation bursaries (fall 2026 application period opens Sept. 8) and I’m wondering if previous applicants can say what kind of documents or information is asked or required in the application. Just trying to be prepared so I can apply before the homework starts and because I’m relocating. Thank you so much!

Gyms with student rate

Hello, I’m moving here for college and am renting a place in Langford in the costco area. I’ve been looking into gym options in the area that suit my needs and would like to hear others thoughts. I mainly use free weights/dumbbell’s/barbells, stair master and/or treadmill occasionally. I’m not new to working out but am new to using a public gym. I’m hoping preferably for one with a student rate or something more affordable.

-I tried the JDF rec center and quite liked it, but wondering if there’s anything closer.

-I visited the anytime fitness but despise its location inside the mall and shopping centre plaza.

-I drove by club Phoenix which I’ve heard is good but the parking lot was atrocious (is there anywhere nearby you can park instead?).

-The Camosun interurban gym was decent and free with my enrollment, however my classes are partly online so I don’t need to be there everyday, it’s more of a drive, I use the gym 4-5x/week, and have to pay for parking.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Laundromats in view royal-Langford area

Hello, what laundromats are available in the view royal or Langford area? Google is giving me mixed results. I only need the washer and dryer. I’m a bit of a germaphobe and I’ve never used a laundry facility before. The rental I’m moving into does not have on site laundry.

Thanks so much!

Transfer BSN from Camosun/UVIC to VIU?

Hello, I’m starting the PN to BSN program at Camosun in the fall. It is 3 years total, with the first year being bridge courses, then merges with the regular program for year 3 and 4. After I complete the bridge portion (equivalent of BSN year 1+2), I’m curious if I would be able to transfer to VIU for year 3 and 4. Has anyone done this or a similar transfer before?

Anytime fitness thoughts?

Hello I’m moving to Vic from for school in the fall and I’m looking at options for gyms. I do lifting/strength training with dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, however not much experience using machines yet, as I’ve never used a public gym before.

I’m considering anytime fitness as it has multiple locations that can fit in with my commute depending on the day. I would most likely use the Langford or Tillicum one. I’ll be attending Camosun college interurban, and the place I’m renting is in Langford.

I’m interested in hearing any reviews or thoughts about these gyms, or any alternatives. TIA!

Will they restock the b-day gifts online?

Hello, I don’t live near a store and have been holding out to see if they restock any of the b-day gifts, as my only option is the DDG for online orders. I’m hoping either tower 28 or glossier but they have been out of stock or in store only. Does anyone know if they will be restocked at all?

Shimmer or metallic eyeliner/eyeshadow pencil (Canada)

Hello, I’m looking for a eyeliner/eyeshadow in pencil form that have shimmer, metallic, iridescent, or chrome effect, but no chunky glitter. I’m looking for a light pink, rose gold, champagne, lavender, or periwinkle shade. The Danessa Myricks infinite chrome micropencils and urban decay 24/7 look beautiful however I’m hoping to find a more affordable option. Does anyone have any recommendations that meet this criteria?
Thanks so much!!

Wigs and swimming, lake, beach, etc.

Hello, this year will be my first summer wearing full wigs and having a shaved head. I’m trying to plan on how I can go swimming wearing a wig. I’ve thought about just tying it back and not dunking my head but I’d love to be able to dive and have fun. I wear long synthetic wigs and use velvet wig grips, however I feel like they would need to be better secured to my head somehow. Does anyone have any experience with this or any suggestions?
Thanks so much all

UVIC part of BSN program structure

Hello, I’ve been accepted into the Camosun PN2BSN program for this fall. From my understanding the bridge program is 10 months + 1 semester at Camosun then 1.5yrs at UVIC full time (year 3 and 4). I’m trying to sort out relocating and what my plans are for work during this time.

What is the schedule like for years 3 and 4? Ive heard that some practicums are over the summer. Are there any breaks during the program? (like winter/spring break, or times with a week or more off?). I’m currently working full-time as an LPN. I’m planning on going casual and picking up on breaks and/or if I’m home.

For upper level practicums can you request doing them in other communities on the island? I live over 2 hours away from Victoria and I’m curious if I’d be able to do them in my home hospital.

Thanks in advance!

Commute from Port Alberni once a week for ~4 months?

Hello, I will be attending Camosun college in the fall. The first semester of my program is once a week in person and the rest online. Come January it’s in person full time, so I will be relocating.

For Sept-Dec, I’m trying to sort out whether I should commute the 2.5hrs there and back once a week or find somewhere to stay. I would go home on the rest of the days to do coursework online and pick up shifts at my job. However I’m considering having the flexibility being able to stay there for a night or two if needed.

Has anyone done anything similar to this or have any experience/suggestions?
Thanks so much!

The medications I’m on cause me to sweat a lot, I’ve been using men’s old spice antiperspirant. I know antiperspirants work best when applied before bed however I shower in the mornings. I try and wait a bit to let it dry before putting my shirt on. All of my shirts have gotten that waxy build up on the sleeves and retain the scent of the product. I’m going to try the methods on r/laundry to remove it, however I’m also searching for a new antiperspirant to use.

Note; I’ve tried the dove clinical however I despised the liquidy application.

I’m open to any recommendations or suggestions, thank so much!
