So I started using a dermatica formula of tretinoin, azeliac acid and tranexamic acid about 2 months ago and seen no results yet at all, should I continue with this?
Here is the rest of my routine:

Simple facial wash
Nivea rose cream
Hyaluranoic acid watery sun gel SPF 50
PM
Simple facial wash
Dermatica - Tretinoin 0.05% / Azeliac acid 15% / Tranexamic acid 5%

So I want to make an ai tiktok account of a girl simply sitting at a desk in her bedroom and yaps about certain topics, I want it to be ultra realsitic. What is the best way for me to do so in terms of getting voice consistency and then turning that into a video, i'm okay with maiking the character I am just stuck with the rest, any help would geniuenly be a blessing !
