When you meet Raul, he asks what took you so long and says he thought you had heard him ask for help over the radio. I'd only heard Tabitha's broadcasts. Is there one I missed where he asks for someone to come help him, or a separate broadcast somewhere?
What could I have done without noticing that improved my reputation? I recently did the quests to recruit Lily and Rex as companions and snitched on Mortmer to the White Gloves, but nothing says using Lupa's brain for Rex would make them like me. Also Julie let me join the Followers. Did that affect my reputation because Caesar liked the Followers? I can't find anything online about that. I'm trying to figure out what I did to make them less mad at me; I haven't even interacted with them directly in a while.
