Quest pro controllers keep locking in place when trying to move my arms

I got my quest pro recently and from the start i get a tracking drift from either one of the controllers. i have a example of one of my controllers acting up when i was just testing bonelab on the quest pro bc i was bored. it started acting up and would lock into a place and then would stop but yet would do a tracking drift and i cant do anything about it

My right controller hand was just stuck for a couple seconds. would literally do it for minutes and wouldnt do it and i have to wait until it goes normal a little. i had the right controller away from my face because i was stressing grabbing my damn gun from the back and would just lock in place and thankfully i got it on clip

sigh....its always the battery i have a problem with but its whatever

ANYWAYS. i was deleting sum photos for a bit while on charge and then overtime my phone started to lag...i didnt think much of it so i kept deleting and then after a couple mins my phone completely crashes and decides to be in a boot loop.

i recovered from the bootloop but when my phone finally turned back on it. the same charger i used while deleting my photos and stuff decided to completely stop charging my phone, i tried a restart on my phone even tho its on 1% but it still let me restart but it just still wont charge.

Light blinking orange when plugging in headset

When im done playing vr I plug it in and at first its normally orange like always but after 5-10 Mins it would starts blinking orange all the time. I factory reseted the headset already. I left the headset unplugged for about 20-30 mins and when I plugged it in it stopped blinking but again after 5-10 mins it would do it again. Even if its fully turned off it would do it.

The way it started is when I decided to unplug my headset and wanted to use it in a different room since mine was a bit warm. But when I started playing again back in my room after 20 mins or so it started losing battery quick all of a sudden too. It never happened until I unplugged the vr at that time

My vr doesnt charge like usually did

I play pcvr with a link cable that i can also plug in a charger into it so it can be a data cable and a charger at the same time. it was fine for about a month or two until now and usually it would lose around 20 - 25 in just around 20 mins or so and then when im done with the headset and i leave it for charge (i have it completely turned off when charging it) it charges so damn slow. so slow that it would just stay at the same battery percentage as i took off the headset. or when i charge it it would lose a bit of more percentage, factory resetting clearly wont work so please dont tell me to do that because i tried it muiltiple times. even when i change the cabel of the charger it does charge a bit and then stops again. so i would have to change it everytime and i dont know why. i cleaned the ports and everything so there isnt any dust inside yet it wont charge this is a kind of link cable i use for my headset so i can charge it too
