McAfee making $60 mil per year was startling news to me. It got me wondering...
Without looking it up, what would you guess the combined annual salary is of all 32 current NFL punters?
According to Google, anyhow.
I was off by 20 million.

Lol, that Redken sure can change a man's appearance.
(This is a Dan Hanzus shout-out)
Some of my favorite moments of Heed are when Dan mentions anything related to I Think You Should Leave.
Given "The New Old Blue Eyes" extensive experience in Power Ranking things, I sure wouldn't mind hearing his/their Top 10 ITYSL sketches.
Or am I alone in HTC and ITYSL being two of my favorite all-time sources of entertainment?
Screw what the fancy executives and coaches have to say, this is some real analysis
It was such an original sound and fresh vibe (though we didn't use that term then, lol). The whole album has gotten frequently plays by me ever since. Wall-to-wall bangers.
Anyone else have a similar experience?
Yea the whole thing blew up into a parody of itself with the Blue Collar stuff, but man did I love this cassette tape as a kid in the 90s. Hadn't thought about it in a long time until randomly just now.
I'd like to do a better job of keeping up with local news and events and would love recommendations.
Ideally it would be a source that doesn't just focus on sensationalism and negativity.
His break couldn't have come at a better time as I was so fatigued from both the Knicks talk (not a bball fan, but would have been fine with those condos been on the Friday Fun Show where anything goes) and his constant disdain for the most loyal HTC/ATN supporters and merch buyers. Which of course is us, the lowly losers of this here subreddit.
The talking point of "its June, nothing is happening in the NFL" was so blatantly dismantled this week by the engaging entertainment the show provided with Marc hosting and Conor and Justin chipping in.
Entertainment is the key word in all of this. I have to believe 99% of us were drawn to the heros for their knowledge, passion, access (NFL days, least important by far), and most of all; personalities. Their ability to spin the most mundane NFL-related content into gold is what we want.
Or have I missed any of the heroes going into detail already?
I'm a Milwaukee-area Uber driver who lives in the suburbs and hasn't been cool in 25 years. As such, whenever riders ask me for local recommendations, I'm embarrassed to be of no help.
For those interested in assisting, I'd love to be a better Milwaukee rep and be able to point them in the right direction in these commonly asked areas:
Milwaukee landmarks (Art Museum, Bronze Fonz lol)
Things to do
3)Bars (20-30 yr olds)
4)Bars (30+ yr olds - Bryant's is my #1 rec for those who like cocktails and conversation)
5)Breweries
6)Restaurants
- 6a) Italian
- 6b) Steak
- 6c) Mexican
- 6d) Burgers
- 6e) *Must-try foods that are Milwaukee staples and where to have them. (Cheese curds certainly, but are there top spots commonly recommended to try them?)
- 6f) Sushi (my family likes Screaming Tuna, but we're easy to please. Is it actually a good rec?)
(BONUS) Any interesting Milwaukee trivia.
Thanks for tips on any of these!
I'm endlessly impressed by the mural work of Mr. Ramirez. I especially appreciate the cultural ties often link between his art and the neighborhood it's in.

I would love to drive around the Milwaukee area to show my daughter his work and discuss his inspiration and meaning behind them. They're half Mexican and I know they'd feel a lot of pride and emotion in his work.

Does anyone know if a sort of self-guided tour of the murals exists online? Or maybe there is a comprehensive list of the mural locations and the stories behind them that I could use to plan our route?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
Golf Courses for the Homeless | George Carlin | Jammin' in New York
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
I grew up in an elitist white family that golfed every day (to this day). From a really young age, I remember something about it just didn't sit right with me. This "bit" from Carlin was the first memory I have of questioning and exploring the world around me.
Standup can truly be a remarkable thing.
Sorry, I'm a lame old guy!
My daughter turns 16 in November and she absolutely loves Malcolm. I'm a single father of two girls and don't have a lot of money, but I'd love to get tickets to one of his show. I haven't bought concert tickets in 20 years and don't know what the safest and cheapest way to do it is.
I found tickets on on vividseats.com where they're going for around $200, but then I also saw that tickets aren't even up for presale yet? Is there a specific site I should only trust and check on a certain date and time? Will I need a referral code or something?
Thanks so much for any and all help!
Any recommendations would be super appreciated!
I didn't stick around to find out. Canceled immediately, but now I feel like I should have replied about better planning and respecting people's time.
What the hell is with these riders and their waiting games??
If so, is there a clear indicator of where to tap?
I want to make sure I'm not wasting my time looking over buildings for potential resources.
